We stayed here after travelling from Kamloops and used this as a stopover before getting to Calgary. The welcome was informative and friendly and it was nice to have a room on the top floor as I get very conscious of noise. We were on the side of the hotel, facing a small park. The room was large and the... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here in one of their loft jacuzzi suites. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area were all on the main floor complete with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Upstairs was the bed with two nightstands, a small open closet area and another flat screen TV. We... More

Let's say my expectations were a bit high. Nice hotel in Banff. It turned out to be an average one that had its glory days back in the 80s My room was dark with a window on the pool. There was a sulphur smell in the room. Maybe a hot source nearby... Who knows. You are at the far end... More

We stayed for one night mid-week, so the hotel wasn't really busy since it was a little off season. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. The only criticism is that it would have been nice to have a free breakfast included with the stay. As it was we did have breakfast in... More

Stayed for one night over a weekend. Only got the basic room - which wasn't anything special. Faced the ppol so we couldn't open the windows to get any fresh air - room was a tad musty smelling. Bigger sized room - but with only one queen bed and a single bed - be warned if you require 2 beds.... More

We stayed here for our second time, and it was nice, just as was our first visit, 3 years ago. The only thing I can say is that our room could have used a little TLC. Peeling wallpaper in a couple spots in the bathroom, nothing major, but they should be on top of it. And the mechanical noise during... More

It is good to see that Rundletone has recently climbed even higher in the rankings because it deserves it. We stayed in a semi private room which turned out to be a huge room with a cathedral ceiling, a loft for my son's bedroom and an extra half bath. We had a beautiful view of a mountain right out our... More

My husband and I have just ended a weeklong stay here in a loft Jacuzzi suite. I can't think of one thing I would change. Our room was spacious enough that we didn't trip over each other. The vanity area had enough space for all our toiletries. The loft area had a two-person Jacuzzi with robes, towels, large HDTV and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the rundlestone for one night over the long weekend just to get away from home. I booked our reservation 2 weeks in advance, I booked the king jacuzzi suite. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff, upon check in she notified me that we got a compliantly upgrade to a loft jacuzzi... More
