We stayed for just one night in October and found the Rundlestone Lodge had everything we needed. The free secure parking was a bonus and they have a restaurant in the Lodge. Reception was very efficient and the rooms spacious and well appointed. There's a good sized indoor pool and spa. The Lodge is on the main road through town... More

We were in Banff for Thanksgiving weekend and decided to try Rundlestone Lodge. The reviews didn't look too bad and the price and location( on the main strip) seemed right so we booked in for 2 nights. Overall, the place isn't too bad but I don't think we'll go back unless they update the rooms and put in venting systems... More

During our stay at the Rundlestone Lodge we faced a few problems. First, at the restaurant entrance two options of breakfast with reasonable prices were apparently being offered. Once we got a table, we were informed that those options were not available and that a similar option cost almost double the price. Breakfast was good, but they should be more... More

The Rundlestone is really lovely with European Style attention to architecture detail. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had lots of room. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We loved the breakfast. Try the crepes!

We chose the jacuzzi bath suite and it was huge, clean and comfortable, overlooking the moutains, very nice. The room was a bit tired but this fitted in with being in Banff, however the curtains do need some attention as tatty. The room was very clean with modern bathroom and Jacuzzi tub and we loved it as something different. The... More

Stayed for 2 nights here - were very impressed with the room - the bedroom was in a "loft" above the main sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of space to hang clothes and everything was spotlessly clean. There were two large flat screen modern televisions (modern TV's not a given in many hotels)! One TV was in the loft... More

I stayed here for the Melissa's race weekend and upon check-in, the power was out for half the city. The staff were very nice even though there was little they could do. They got us into our room before the power came back on and made sure we got to the room safely. The cleaning service for the rooms is... More

My wife Ellen and I stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge for five nights checking in on September 14 of this year, 2011. Pros: front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and did offer a room change, the reasons will become apparent. The underground parking was secure and very convenient, I'm sure much more so as winter approaches. Banff is... More

It is extremely helpful both for the hotel and our future guests to read a well-balanced, poignant review and I would like to thank you for the objectivity in your feedback. I was also most pleased to read you enjoyed your stay overall in our very popular Jacuzzi suites and would return to stay with us again. I completely agree... More

We stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge over the weekend and were very pleasantly suprised. The staff were wonderful and attentive. Upon checking in we had learned that we had been upgraded to a two level loft jacuzzi suite at the already very good rate we had booked at. The bed was excellent, we borrowed movies from the front desk and... More
