We stayed here for the week. We would definitely rent a room here again. The staff made this already very nice hotel a winner in my book. Estera, the front desk clerk, greeted us warmly and answered the multitude of questions that we threw at her. She was always friendly and helpful with local information. The Cascade Loft room was... We visited Banff for just one night in the middle of the week and Rundlestone Lodge was a good choice. Good deal, good location, underground parking, clean and spacious room. Kids were not very pleased with the pool. All in all RL is a good place to spend a night.

Stayed here for 2 nights great check in the only thing I don't agree with is the 150 dollar damage deposit they put on your credit card. The rooms are a bit small and the beds not the most comfortable we have slept on. We all know you get what you pay for when buying beds not sure why a... More

Hi Norman, Thank you for your constructive feedback. I’m pleased you found our staff and the cleanliness of our property to your satisfaction. I am sorry you didn’t find your mattress very comfortable. I’m in agreement with you that being able to provide guests with a restful night’s sleep should be paramount for any hotel. To this end we have... More

This will be our 3rd time here and we will still come back. They have done some renovations and it looks great! We love the King Jacuzzi Suite! Only downside is that the gas fireplace turns off every 30 minutes (has a timer box) so you have to keep turning it back on. Whatever you pick for a suite, do... More

We arrived as the fall winter business environment changed. This was a plus to have the run of the house with the town somewhat unoccupied. The hotel was running on all eight cylinders regardless, service, restaurant, food all great . Did not utilize the on site lounge because convenient downtown had some live entertainment. Underground parking kept us toasty warm,... More

The Irwin are amazing people. A great property with lots of amenities. Bumpers restaurant adjoins the Rundle stone. Pool and free underground parking. A well priced stay. Close proximity to walk to downtown.

We lucked out and were able to get a last minute room here for two nights when bad weather and health issues put us off of camping plans in the area. The room was nice. Nothing special, and unfortunately was street level with windows right near the entrance, but clean and nice and spacious, and no complaints for a same... More

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days while in Banff on vacation in late Aug/early Sept. I have nothing but praise for our stay here. Michael and his staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We had an upstairs loft and fireplace. The hotel... More

We stayed in a King Loft Suite with a mountain view for our honeymoon. It was perfect for us. It didn't feel like a standard hotel room becuase the king bed was in a loft over looking the sitting area and kitchen. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that it got a... More

Fridge was noisy as in most hotels just switch it off. Wi-Fi was acceptable. Only down side for me was breakfast @ $16 each when i asked if they could... More

Thanks for your review. It's good to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay with us. I do apologise that our restaurant did not provide you with freshly cooked eggs. Although we try our best to replenish our breakfast buffet as often as possible, we understand that eggs kept warm on a buffet can never quite be... More
