5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

We spent 3 weeks in Banff last summer, so this review is long overdue! 3 weeks is more than long enough to find fault with almost anything, but every aspect of our stay met or exceeded our expectations. We arrived at a busy time but check in was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Our room was spacious, well appointed and... More

We stayed here with my sister in law and her 3yo in a two bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. The walls were well insulated and provided soundproofing quite well. The staff were helpful. Especially when I needed a bandaid late at night. We also greatly enjoyed the pool with two little boys. We had the breakfast buffet in the... More

I booked a stay with my parents at the Rundlestone for one night in late December. Thank god, because one night was about all we could stand. First the not-so-bads: - the rooms are spacious but basic - I think geared to be more affordable for a younger ski crowd - there are ski lockers in the garage so you... More

I stayed here with my fiancé just after New Years for a weekend getaway. It was a busy week and this was the highest ranked hotel that still had availability. I knew I had 4-5 hours worth of work to finish once I got to the hotel so when I booked I triple checked they had wifi. I was assured... More

The rooms were comfortable and modern. (I was surprised how the rooms looked compared to what was shown on the website) Staff was friendly, underground parking was a treat, and it was a nice walk to the centre of town - cheap cab ride if you prefer not to walk. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was quite large and... More

Check-in was moderately friendly. The location is a good 15 – 20 walking minutes from the centre of Banff. There is an underground car-park with direct access via elevator to the hotel, which was very useful. The pool and whirlpool were very pleasant, and although we did not use the fitness room, it looked quite good. Upon check-in, we enquired... More

Nice large room, very clean and convenient location. While not right in the center of Banff, its a decent walk and very short drive to downtown. All staff - reservations, front desk, restaurant, were EXCELLENT. Candice (?) was super helpful with getting info on ski rentals, ski school and other activities in the area. The pool was very large and... More

We stayed at Rundlestone for a week before Christmas and it was fantastic, with parking and really helpful staff. Our room was great, very comfortable and a great view from the balcony. Would love to come back and would recommend highly to anyone thinking of visiting.

A great hotel. Our room was huge and quiet. The hot tub was a good size and never too busy, it could have been a little hotter but not a major issue. The hotel is located down the end of Banff Ave, it's about a 10 min walk to the centre which wasn’t a problem for us. The ski bus... More

We had two Aussie families staying in a loft room and a family room. Plenty of space and comfort in each. They could use a little more equipment in the kitchen, but it was adequate. The service is great, especially reception. Had a buffet breakfast at bumpers which was adequate and satisfied everyone including the kids. We skied the week... More
