The hotel was lovely. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Nice indoor lap pool and hot tub area. FREE underground parking with easy elevator access. FREE internet. Only drawback could be the 15 to 20 min. walk to the shopping area. This could be difficult in inclement weather. more

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel in August and found the staff to be friendly and helpfull. The room was well appointed and clean. The hotel facilities were also of a high standard. There is also a good guest laundry that is not listed.Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, we would use it again if we go back... more

Stayed for 1 night, loved the 2 level jacuzzi suite, the pictures do not do it justice. Check In was great, Check Out on the other hand was.........painful. Wanted to put the credit card charge on my debit card at check out. Front desk clerk while chatting on the phone attempted twice before giving me back my card and telling... more

stayed for 4 nights in august and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room...we had a 2 level whirlpool room with the very large tub on the 2nd floor loft, very nice room regardless of price, but made all the better given our rate...also loved the fireplace in the living area and balcony overlooking Banff ave. the only... more

Don't let the Lodge name fool you - this is a hotel. Once you readjust your expectations, you realize it is a very pleasant hotel. We got a fairly decent price on the internet and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel room and the indoor pool/jacuzzi area. The only complaint is the bathroom was a bit small... more

Pros: - Indoor carpark - it was snowing when we were in Banff, and coming from the tropics, the cold was unbearable for us. It was really useful to find out that they had a basement carpark that not only was SHELTERED from the snow, it was also HEATED. it was a relief to arrive back in the hotel every... more

We loved our stay at the Rundlestone Lodge. The hotel was very nice, the pool and hot tub were great and the rooms were very big and clean. They also had free wireless internet and underground parking. Lots of things for the kids too... they have an outdoor playground, big pool, and a dvd player in the room with free... more

Stayed in this hotel for seven nights during our trip to Banff and would highly recommend it! It is located on Banff Avenue, on the way into the town - about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, along a straight road. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, although we walked everywhere because the weather was... more

We loved our room! Jacuzzi loft suite. Very romantic, included robes for after the Jacuzzi. Wonderful king bed with nice comfy sheets. It was great to have free wireless internet, free underground parking, 2 TVs, a DVD player, microwave/fridge/coffee maker, 2 comfy sitting areas... It would have been nice to have something to listen to music while in the tub.(an... more
