Stayed here with family for 1 night whilst returning from Jasper and on the way back home. It's one of the most popular places to stay in Banff for a reason. Very welcoming and helpful check in staff - efficient and knowledgeable. The lodge was full and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a family suite - Yaay! The... More

We stayed here 7 nights. This was our 4th visit to Banff. Advantages: quiet room, hot shower, comfy beds, free parking, fast wifi, windows can open. Room has safe, refrigerator and DVD player and front desk has collection of recent and classic DVDs to borrow. Third floor has coin operated washer and free dryer. Breakfast buffet starts at 6:30 am... More

Went for a one night stay with the husband and was very sad with the condition of our bathroom. The paint was peeling, the room was damaged, it was tiny, there was no sink in the washroom. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, breakfast was an additional 30$ and not included so we skipped it. Was not worth the money... More

Very friendly check in staff - efficient and knowledgeable. Our upgrade to a suite was amazing - sitting area with fire (cosy in the winter), dining area and well equipped kitchenette. Fantastic bathroom with a huge jacuzzi bath. Mezzanine floor bedroom. Exceptionally comfortable and clean. Parking was really easy - underneath the hotel (and free). A bit of a walk... More

Decent location, about 1km walk into town, friendly service, and a good price for Banff is the best things about this place. The room we got was very dark with a pool view window that was smaller than a cruise ship pothole! The beds were like stone slabs and the room was tired, worn and dated. You get what you... More

A nice and comfortable place to stay in Banff, central and just up the main road on Banff avenue. Home style feeling, check in was good and Jonathan the Asst GM was more then helpful. Parking a bit tight but other than that definately worth staying...

We loved this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, tidy and good sized room and bathroom. Excellent air conditioning. Breakfast in the hotel was a reasonable price and lots of choice. Bar in the hotel was good too. Free and good wifi in our room. We used the pool and jacuzzi every morning - super! Getting around Banff was fine.... More

Banff hotel accommodations are expensive and it is difficult to find value for money. We were previously booked into Brewster but changed our plans and booked with Rundlestone as they have air conditioning and temps in Banff had been soaring before we arrived. The lodge location is in the quiet part of Banff right on the main road into Banff.... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights with the wife in late July. Nice friendly hotel with good facilities. They have free bikes which is a bonus as bikes are expensive to hire in Banff approx $40 per day. I would say it's about 20/25 minutes walk into town. Would stay there again

We stayed for a night in the jacuzzi loft suite in july. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed taking the bikes into town and being able to leave the car in the underground parking. Room was nice, we enjoyed the jacuzzi with a bar fridge beside. Saw some reviews that its a bit far from town but... More
