This "Lodge" is just a hotel made to have a "Lodge" feel. The lodge feel means hat the wood was all dark, dark floor covering, dark furnishings...get the idea, it was dark. The room itself was clean, the bed was extremely hard, there were multiple pillows on the bed but they were all too large and the same size. There... More

A good quality well presented hotel very helpful staff. Located near the edge of Banff but downtown is easily walkable. Rooms to the front have have the main road outside but noise levels are low inside.

Located on the main street of town within walking distance of Banff's action areas but far enough away from the noise of the action. Free underground parking, free wi-fi. Rooms are outstanding, very relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool. Quite, relaxing hotel. Staff very helpful! Only complaint is the very minimal cable channel section.

We had a king room on the third floor on the back. We could see some of the mountains from the small balcony with two chairs. Bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were super clean. Underground parking was super convenient. It was a little far to walk into downtown every night but we didn't have too much trouble finding... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only but would have loved to stay longer. The room was clean, king bed very confy, AC in the room. My husband is really picky when it comes to gym in the hotels and he spent 2 hrs there! We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We rented bikes for free at... More

This hotel is beautiful from the outside, it brings that Canadian vibe, as soon as you get inside you are well threatens by the staff members (they are very nice people and they also recommend you what to do in Banff). You can also rent bikes for free, rent movies or join to tours. There's also a free parking lot.... More

We booked The Rundlestone Lodge for two nights while at the Lake Louise Information Centre. Doing a 7 day Rocky Mountains road trip, we didn't book accommodation until we got to where we wanted to be. There were not many choices for accommodation left by 4pm the day we got there, and all were expensive. The Rundlestone Lodge was expensive,... More

I planned our 11 day road trip to the Rockies. I'd never been to Banff as an adult so I spent a lot of time reviewing hotels and prices. I decided on Rundlestone based on the price (not nearly as expensive as other hotels in Banff!) and my conversation with a lovely lady who booked our room. We got a... More

We recently stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge for three nights. We found the rooms comfortable and enjoyed the facilities. But our stay was particularly enjoyable thanks to the brilliant staff, particularly Robert who was incredibly helpful.

Hotel was OK, but kind of pricey for what we got. Basic room overlooking an indoor pool was 270 Canadian. Also wasn't eligible for a discount because I didn't make a reservation directly with the hotel. If you're walking, kind of a hike to the main downtown area.
