Our stay here was nothing short of FANTASTIC !!! We stayed in the Rundle loft Jacuzzi suite....gorgeous !!! The room was clean, spacious and extremely romantic. The real wood burning fireplace was a great touch. The view from the balcony was exquisite. The value was great too. Thank you Rundle stone staff :-)

We stayed at the Rundlestone a couple of years ago and liked it enough to come back this year. It has a number of advantages, its location perhaps being chief among them--it is close enough to Banff's downtown area to walk to but far enough away to avoid the sidewalk hubbub that can occur around the shops and restaurants in... The Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The restaurant breakfast buffet was only ok and expensive. Great location, walking distance to downtown. We made use of the hot tub both nights and being able to borrow a dvd was a nice feature. We probably wouldn't stay here again just to try something different but it was nice.

We stayed two nights in January. Rundlestone lodge was very clean and quiet had no real issues there. Parking was also quite good. Located a 15 minute walk from the main downtown area of Banff which was nice for us, able to have a nice walk after eating dinner. Pool and jacuzzi were clean which is always a plus. Staff... More

This hotel is very convenient to Banff center. It is very clean and modern. There is parking beneath the hotel. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and a television with many channels including Fox News which does not often appear on Canadian TV. There is an accompanying restaurant, but I thought it was very expensive so we ate in Banff... More

We went for a couple of nights for our anniversary... The front desk were friendly and helpful, there were complimentary bikes available to use which we used and had a great time on touring Banff, the patio was great to enjoy coffee on and bask in the sun in the afternoon - some of the patios at other hotels didn't... We spent 3 nights early September in a Loft suite with kitchenette. The accommodation itself was lovely, nice big bed in the loft area, clean, tidy, spacious, not noisy, helpful staff, reliable free wifi, and kitchen facilities adequate albeit lacking in wine glasses. The novelty of the loft wore thin having to go up and down the stairs every time... More

This lodge is very beautiful cozy and very welcoming. The staff were very friendly. The lounge is amazing and very inviting with the fireplace and big chairs next to it. The rooms were very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel at all. I would definitely stay there again. The underground heated garage is great.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel in September. The front desk staff were helpful and check in was quick and easy. There was an underground garage which was great when the snow came! It's about a 15 minute walk from the main part of town. The room was clean and spacious. There was a coffee maker, fridge,... More

Rundlestone offers good, clean rooms close to everything in Banff. There are no bargains here and few amenities. A couple of suggestions - the room could've used a mirror, something behind the bathroom door would work especially since the robe/towel hook was well above my reach. The bathroom could use another towel bar so if you did want to reuse... More
