Fantastic welcome after a long day on the road. Our host Becky managed to juggle her bookings so we could stay an extra night and kindly upgraded us so we wouldnt have to switch rooms halfway. Great value stay for us, and the best breakfast we have had on our trip across Canada. Loved the fresh fruit, yoghurt and nuts.... More

This is a great location within walking distance to downtown Banff. If a Bed & Breakfast type stay is what you like this place for you. My husband and I and our 5 year old daughter will most certainly come back again. Becky and Lee are great hosts and they have a way of making everything just perfect. They truly... More

Normally we would book hotel accomodation but on the recommendation of a friend we decided to throw caution to the wind and try a Pension or bed and breakfast. The Banff Boutique Inn seemed to fit the bill with its consistently good reviews. Now we couldn't compare it to the or 5 star hotels as its a totally different experience... More

Fooled by the web site and other travellers reviews we booked a total of three nights to start and end our holiday here. This is not a boutique hotel more a shabby hostel. Our first room behind the main house was huge but shabby with the smallest TV I have ever seen and an electric fire that seemed to have... More

In a great location close to the downtown area, Tannenhof offered a very generous sized room with a king bed, lots of storage and a super large bathroom. The windows were of the European 'tilt' design, allowing in lots of mountains of fresh air when fully opened. Our hosts gave us an informative tour of the facility and were helpful... More

We booked on a whim in mid-August, primarily because it was a last minute trip and everywhere in Banff books up quickly. What a nice surprise! We ended up with a King Suite on the ground floor of the coach house - it was the size of a small apartment with a separate bedroom and den area. It was also... More

This inn is in convenient location. Our room with King bed was detached from main house. Room was spacious and clean. Nice to have refrigerator. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We requested gluten free breakfast and they went out of their way to offer this. Our room was a bit un-finished looking. There was a section of missing wall... More

One of the warmest & most comprehensive welcomes we received in the Rockies. A quick tour and we were armed with all the info needed to make for a comfortable stay. We booked 3 nights (out of a 3 week holiday) and what a delight it was to find that we could make a pot of filter coffee on a... More

We stayed four nights in this lovely B&B. The staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable in all respects (room was off of the main living room). The owner, Becky, made a point of seeking us out and offering helpful advice. It's a 10 minute walk into town but it's located on a quiet... More

Having spent a week on a Silversea Alaskan cruise (wonderful) a night at the Fairmont Waterfront (lovely) and two days on the Rocky Mountaineer Gold Leaf (very expensive but quite nice) we were collected from the station by a charming chap who proceeded to point out the supermarket (!!!) in town as a place we would need to know about...
