We stayed for a night and we did not expect the room would be that clean. It was a 2 bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. Our stay was comfortably awesome! Although the shower was tight that i kept hitting the walls with my elbow. Another thing is their free breakfast. I did not like it, their... More

We were given the coach house & the Accommodation was lovely, very large for the 2 of us with a little seating /TV room included. We agree with previous comments that a ceiling fan or A/C would make the warm nights more comfortable. I was rather confused by the complicated booking process which told me that we had already paid... More

We stayed for only one evening, but we really enjoyed the boutique. The inn is quiet with quaint little guest rooms. I loved how the rooms felt so individual, not like a generic hotel room, and the bed was huge and so comfortable!

We were in the coach house away from the regular bldg. We had a king suite--plenty large for the two of us and the room had charm and character. It was July and rather warm during the day--the room was warm also, although once the sun goes down, it does cool off pretty quickly with the windows open. With the... More

Nice, clean, and spacious room. The inn is very pleasant and located away from the noise of downtown Banff--though only a short walk away. The room was stayed in was quite large (with a little sitting room, a sink/fridge area, and a large bathroom in addition to the bedroom itself). It was particularly nice to have a large entryway with hard... More

Situated on the outskirts of Banff - a five minute walk into town this hotel offers good basic accommodation. We stayed one night in the Coach House and had a large bedroom, small lounge area and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The rooms were clean, the "Innkeeper" was very helpful and the buffet continental style breakfast more than adequate

We stayed two nights at Banff Boutique Inn. We were put in the basement room and this was a bad surprize at the moment of checking in, though reading MMIchele123 hot experience in the second floor, we may have been fortunate. However, I believe we should have been made aware of the fact we are going to stay in the... More

Booked a nite at this B & B without checking to see that it had air conditioning. Our second floor room was unbearably hot with the outdoor temps in the 90's. Their is no elevator so be sure to ask if you can't make the steep stairs to second floor. Breakfast was fine, nice cereal and fresh bread selections.

We had a suite in the coach house away from the main building. The living area and bathroom were compact but the bedroom was a great size with a wonderfully comfortable bed. However it was very much lacking in natural light. Great breakfast and very helpful team. My only minor negative is the place has quote an unfinished feel about... More

Huge room (room number 3) with giant bed, couch and chair. Big TV. This room leads directly on to common lounge area so not too private. Great shower and bath room. Good breakfast. Great coffee. Suggestion: serve local jams and honey etc to add some class to boutique experience (not prepackaged Kraft). Also some gentle music in dining room would... More
