We stayed for four nights at the Inn in Banff. We chose a queen size room and made reservations well in advance and paid under $200 a night. Our room (#2) was just the right size with a small entryway, private bath, and enough room for a comfy chair by the bed. The bathroom was updated and nicely appointed although... More

Banff Boutique Inn was a great choice for us. We stayed in room 6, which was spacious, attractive, clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (though after 9pm seem not to be on the property - we had a shower issue and nobody to help). The breakfasts were delicious - a real highlight. They have a living... More

We stayed four nights in room 9, one of the upstairs coach house apartments. Beautiful large room with a king sized bed, dining room table with chairs, and a couple of really comfy armchairs. Exposed beam ceiling and one very large piece of quirky art, which we both really liked. The bathroom had a soaker bath and shower. Outside there... More

We are not B&B people and normally stay in hotels. We have had some less than satisfactory experiences in B&Bs previously. When we looked at Banff and originally booked at 2 night stay, the Banff Boutique Inn looked OK and ticked the boxes that we needed while we were travelling for 5 weeks: Breakfast Included, Free WiFi, Parking, Close to... Second time around - we stayed here many years ago when it was Pension Tannenhof. It was good then, it's even better now ! The welcome was warm, friendly and efficient. The girls who work there are delightful, all cheerful, helpful and making a very pleasant ambiance. They happily advised on local activities and places to see. Our room was... More

I know Banff is just expensive in general but $250/night does make you feel a little ripped off. No A/C, TV didn't work and no hot options at breakfast. These are all things I think would be reasonable to expect at this price. On the plus side, staff were helpful and the location was pretty good.

We really enjoyed our stay from the friendly welcome, the lovely quite and comfy room (when the kids upstairs had left!), the freedom of the house and the great location. Thanks to the girls for their local knowledge on walks and restaurants :-)

This is a very quiet place to stay just around the corner from Downtown. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The staff are all young and friendly. Breakfast is simple, but adequate. They also have bear spray on hand too if you run out!

We only stayed 1 night on our way to Kelowna from Calgary. The Inn is quaint, the room was spacious and clean and the greeting and check in were warm, quick and friendly. Breakfast was fine but the addition of some hot items, bacon, sausage and/or eggs would make it a more satisfying beginning of the day meal. Price was... More

Banff is expensive but we really felt that is was a rip off. We had a tiny room that felt like a 30dollar hostel. There was nothing wrong with it but not for that price. Breakfast was good but again for this price level you would expect more. I wouldn't stay there again and nor I would recommend it to... More
