Friendly quite hotel within walking distance of the town. Had a problem and found the owner very helpful. The food was plentiful and fresh at breakfast and drinks available during the day. The room and hotel were warm and clean.

Stayed here for two nights over New Years. It is an excellent little boutique inn which provides many of the comforts you would have at home. The rooms are small, but have everything you need and the bathrooms are lovely. The common areas are nice and spacious, however the heater wasn't giving off any heat. The staff are friendly and... Like others we were searching for snow this winter and found a few minutes away from the busy streets of Banff this Inn. We had a couple rooms for the next few days, found friendly staff , clean rooms and good Breakfast. Can only confirm recent positive comments.

Booked to stay here as part of a honeymoon trip to Canada. Easy to find & friendly staff on arrival. However we hadn't been informed that work was being carried out on the car park or front of hotel. Meaning we couldn't park at hotel and had to lift our heavy suitcases bags over a tricky front set of stairs... More

We attended the Banff Beer Festival over the weekend and stayed at a wonderful little inn for one night. This is a Bed and Breakfast type inn. We had a Queen suite in the main building. Very comfortable room with the basics: queen sized bed (super comfortable), closet, TV and bath. One of the great things about the bathroom was... More

Stayed one night in Banff for the book and film festival. We booked a king suite just a few days before arrival so we got the last minute rate and it was a good deal for a king sized bed suite with a living room. The washroom had a shower, toilet and sink and there was another big room with... More

Arrived here, delivered direct by Brewster Bus,having travelled from Jasper,a good start. Had. Room in the main building. The first night was a bit disturbed by the sound of long blasts on horns by railway engines (not nearby so the same would apply to most of the town !!) The second night, the window was closed & slept very well. The breakfast was continental,as... More

I looked at a lot if places to stay and I feel really fortunate that I found the the Banff Boutique. I was a female solo traveler and they made me feel so comfortable and secure. The breakfast every morning was so good. It allowed me to get an early start every morning to hike the trails. My room was... More

It is very comfortable and very clean. I think the cleanness will stick in your mind after the visit! 5 mins walk to downtown. Friendly staff. Good Internet. Breakfast is basic, could be better. I think such a good place should have more alternatives. Then it will go from great to awesome :) Will stay again!

The hotel is as always a wonderful place to go to. The quality of the breakfast has certainly dropped from the last time we went. I was very disappointed. Just bread, some jam and yogurt and fruits. For people being gluten free, no alternative or people steering off sugar also no alternatives! Sad! The room was nice and the location... More
