Stayed for one night on a trip through the Rockies. The Inn is well situated across the river from the town centre but an easy walk. We were welcomed and shown round. Large loft room which was comfortable though the bathroom was small and as hot as a sauna. Decor was more odd than boutique. Breakfast was OK though busy... More

For our 2 nights in Banff this year, we decided to choose this Boutique Hotel. Our overall experience was satisfying but nothing exceptional. We expected a little bit more. This said, the location is excellent and once the road construction will be finished the short walk to the center will be enjoyable and safe in the evening. The house is... More

This is an inn and in Banff so please do judge against that. We stayed for 4 nights. We had a king size room up on the first floor at the front. Bed was very comfy, room huge but yes bathroom is small but functional. We found the service to be excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had... More

We were surprised when we arrived at this hotel as it was not as luxurious nor attractive as we expected from the advertisement. Our room was very small and hot, and there was no air conditioning. Also our bathroom was very small and the layout made it very awkward to use, especially 'climbing' into the shower! However it is in... More

After booking for three nights into the Banff Boutique Inn our confirmation told us how excited they are to see and welcome us and that check in was at 3 p.m. We arrived at 2 p.m.to see if we could already check in. There was not a soul anywhere in the main house. For quite some time we kept calling, looked... More

Stayed just one night at the Boutique Hotel and could not have asked for any better, more authentic experience for the price! Fantastic cozy chalet style suite, modern comfy bedding and fireplace made it hard for us to want to leave to see the sites! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great little continental buffet was included in the morning.... More

Stayed here three nights in August 2014 in the cheapest room (#1). Loved the room! Brand new bath and two large windows for ventilation. Just off the kitchen so some would not like this room but my wife and I thought it was perfect. Just steps from fresh coffee and breakfast. Breakfast was included, good not great. Staff was terrific!... More

We stayed for four nights at the Inn in Banff. We chose a queen size room and made reservations well in advance and paid under $200 a night. Our room (#2) was just the right size with a small entryway, private bath, and enough room for a comfy chair by the bed. The bathroom was updated and nicely appointed although... More

Banff Boutique Inn was a great choice for us. We stayed in room 6, which was spacious, attractive, clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (though after 9pm seem not to be on the property - we had a shower issue and nobody to help). The breakfasts were delicious - a real highlight. They have a living... More

We stayed four nights in room 9, one of the upstairs coach house apartments. Beautiful large room with a king sized bed, dining room table with chairs, and a couple of really comfy armchairs. Exposed beam ceiling and one very large piece of quirky art, which we both really liked. The bathroom had a soaker bath and shower. Outside there... More
