After a long drive we arrived weary and hungry looking forward to a nice stay in an authentic log cabin. Checking in was simple enough but when we asked if we could have some dinner they point blank said no. They said we could have a drink so after a hot chocolate we headed to our cabin. It was simply... More

We chose a romantic cabin for a romantic weekend away. The cabins are picturesque, staff are lovely and helpful and the scenery is stunning. The restaurant on site is also great. A bit expensive, but worth it as the food was very high quality. Would go back in a heartbeat. The perfect location for a romantic weekend away.

We stayed at the glorious Storm Mountain Lodge for 2 nights this past February. The cabins are small but fabulously decorated in the old authentic style with wood-burning fires and victorian baths. The room has a built in heater, easy chair by the fire, a small table for eating by and tiny bathroom. We loved the main lodge with all... More

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation was great and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay with them was just perfect.

A romantic mountain hideaway! What a beautiful location. Private cabin, snow-draped trees, a crackling fire and a sky filled with twinkling stars! Wow! The food was incredible! The service was friendly and very helpful. Steve was so informative and so nice! Snowshoe the property into a fairytale world of snow draped trees and silent beauty. Hike Johnston Canyon but bring... My husband and I recently spent 2 nights at Storm Mountain Lodge for our 20th Anniversary. We were lucky enough to be able to travel mid-week and take advantage of 2 of the specials they are currently running. On Wednesday night we enjoyed the "WIne and Cheese" package which provided us with a night in one of the lovely log... More

Storm Mountain Lodge was a pleasant surprise in many ways: quiet, easy to get to, cozy, relaxed. Sitting by the large fireplace in the main lodge after a day outdoors was classic! Close to good hiking and plenty of wildlife. Although right on the highway, you seldom hear the traffic, and at night there just isn't any. No train noise... More

My wife, her sister, brother-in-law and I, recently spent two nights at Storm Mountain Lodge. We were on our way to a family reunion in BC, but wanted to to see some sights before the date of our get together with the family. Since I was the one that made the reservations I must admit I was a little unsure... More

First I would say that if you're looking for Luxury Hotel type of accommodations, this is not the place for you. Nor would I consider it a "family vacation spot", it's more of a Bed & Breakfast style atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for, a little cabin in the mountains. After a day of hiking we could... More

My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at Storm Mountain Lodge while in BNP. Our cabin (#13) was very cozy and everything we were hoping for EXCEPT the road traffic. Our cabin had a queen size log bed, wood burning fireplace, and sitting area. The bathroom had an antique clawfoot tub. Please note though that the sink is actually... More
