Great location -- walk to the shops, cafes, and especially the pubs. Spacious Rundle Room with large picture window -- watch it snow and we did almost daily. The property is very nice and comfortable, but don't expect a warm welcome as the owner is very unfriendly and in our view is not suited to a people orientated service.
