A friend and I stayed at the Red Carpet Inn Banff for approx. two weeks when first arriving in town. The hotel was kept in exceptional condition and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff at the front desk made our stay however! All very friendly and have extensive knowledge of the Bow Valley area. We would not hesitate to... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. This hotel is very close to banff down town and safeway(supermarket). Not a pancy hotel, but clean and nice service. If I travel to banff again, I will stay there again.

The room is large with two queen beds , coffeemaker, fridge, table and... A balconny to view the mountains. The price was 83$ us for four , continental breakfast included. My only complaint is that I reserved through the hotel internet site and was charged in US dollars. I had to change my reservation , using the phone number on... More

Rated 2 star but should be 3+ or 4. Underground parking, newly renovated rooms, great bed, balcony. Many of the higher rated 4 stars didn't give us this much comfort for far more $$. Continental breakfast was definitely on the poor side but got my tea and beagle so shouldn't complain. The elevator doesn't go done to the garage and... More

My husband and I stayed for three days and we enjoyed every minute. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was great. The room was neat and clean. We had the jacuzzi and fireplace suite and it was great. The room was big and the views were beautiful. The only thing I couldn't get the... More

As many hotels in the downtown area of Banff are quite pricey, this hotel was cost effective, clean and in a great location. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants, free parking, wifi and breakfast. Beds were super comfy. Although not super stylish, it was exactly what we were looking for!

This is more of a motel than a hotel and Banff was almost sold out on a Saturday night in early September - the room rate was 70% cheaper on the Sunday. No safe in room (reception - 'if you can't find the safe there isn't one !') Breakfast is included and basic (which is fine) but also included is... More

We have stayed many times over the last couple years and have always stayed at the Red Carpet. We are always greeted with a smile. The rooms are very clean and we have never had any complaints with any of the staff at the Red Carpet. Having a free continental breakfast is a bonus. There is an awesome view of... More

Thanks for returning once again. I can assure you that we carefully select staff that enjoy building real friendships with our guests no matter how short the stay. But of course this is most evident with our repeat/long term guests. Stodgy Traditional Guest service...Not really our thing. More

We booked a loft with 3 queen beds and a balcony which gave us a great view of the mountains which was why we choose Red Carpet Inn. We were very happy with the look of the place when we arrived and was greeted by a very friendly and personable gentleman at the front desk. The lobby and elsewhere throughout... More

Dear Guest, It's unfortunate that I wasn't present for this situation as I would have pressed to deal with this situation immediately. However, after some investigation it's clear that my staff were barred from entering the room for the duration of your stay and therefore were not able to fix the issue until after checkout. Please contact me at gm@banffredcarpet.com... More
