We have stayed many times over the last couple years and have always stayed at the Red Carpet. We are always greeted with a smile. The rooms are very clean and we have never had any complaints with any of the staff at the Red Carpet. Having a free continental breakfast is a bonus. There is an awesome view of... More

We booked a loft with 3 queen beds and a balcony which gave us a great view of the mountains which was why we choose Red Carpet Inn. We were very happy with the look of the place when we arrived and was greeted by a very friendly and personable gentleman at the front desk. The lobby and elsewhere throughout... More

Dear Guest, It's unfortunate that I wasn't present for this situation as I would have pressed to deal with this situation immediately. However, after some investigation it's clear that my staff were barred from entering the room for the duration of your stay and therefore were not able to fix the issue until after checkout. Please contact me at gm@banffredcarpet.com... More

Banff seems to be expensive anyway, so we were happy to find a hotel in town which was on budget. Our stay was OK, but the hotel is showing its age a little. Common areas are a bit run down, and some of the facilities, for example the laundry, are no longer worikng. That said, it's possible to use facilities... More

We stayed here as part of our multi town honeymoon and as we booked it online you are always a little anxious about what the place is really like. When we arrived Angela on the desk couldn't do enough to help us out-this was the same all stay! She was a great help with a great sense of humour! Rooms... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Value for money, accommodation at a price we could afford. Breakfast was as listed on the website – "continental" did not expect extras. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. Admittedly it wasn’t “Hilton” standards but we weren’t paying Hilton prices. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Found Ricky’s restaurant a couple of doors... More

Let start with the pro's: very friendly (but very fast speaking) front desk employee, the room was clean, wifi was good and hotel is located within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Banff. The con's: the hotel is very outdated! Everything looks very old and needs to be renovated / refurbished. Room was small. Doors are open everywhere,... More

We are currently staying in the Red Carpet Inn for two nights. We checked in a little early which we were happy about. We have visited various locations through the Rockies throughout our stay in Canada and so far we have had a magical time and great luck with out hotels - because we booked so far in advance, our... Banff has a wide range of hotels; all of which are somewhat more pricey than other areas. The area is so pretty that they can charge more and still fill every room. I made reservations in April for a trip in September and the hotels were already filling up. The Red Carpet Inn seemed like it had the services we... More

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and co operative. It is located on the Main Street and is in walking distance to the central business district. The breakfast is good except that there were no eggs served. The disadvantages are that our rooms are facing the road and through out night we could hear people passing... More
