We really enjoyed our stay in your inn. Great location, helpful friendly staff. Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds. Also a very nice lounge with great food! The room rate reasonable, we will be repeat customers.

I've stayed here twice now this year and both times was thoroughly impressed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel staff were courteous and the overall value was excellent. The hotel is on the main street a short walk from the center of town, but far enough to avoid much of the traffic and noise. I'd gladly recommend this... More

Hotels in banff can get very pricey, this one was low-moderate priced, which gets you a low-moderate hotel. The hotel is clean, staff is freindly, the resturaunt in the hotel has good food (although I never seen anyone in it). In the morning you get breakfast. Dont be expecting bacon and eggsor french toast. You get muffins, bannans, cereal etc.... More

We stayed for two weeks in a very pleasent room adjacent to our friends, having emailed the hotel earlier as we were on a package holiday, asking if we could have two rooms together, all of the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The pizzas were good value, the fish and chips excellent,... More

We stayed at the Banff Inn for our skiing trip, ideal for the bus to take you to the skiing resort as it stops directly outside the hotel. the food in the hotel was really good especially the pizza, we were on a bed and breakfast basis and the found the continental breakfast more than adequate. There was a choice... More

We stayed in the Banff Inn whilst on a skiing holiday in Feb 2009. The hotel was basic but clean and convenient. We were on a Room Only rate so we didn't try the continental breakfast, we went to the Caribou, two doors down from the Banff Inn as they served breakfast off an a la carte menu that seemed... More

After having booked the hotel, I saw some of the negative comments on here and must admit feeling a little nervous on arrival. However our stay could not have been more different, we throughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip included the hotel. The hotel staff are amazingly helpful, nothing is too much, both the food and service in the... More

My husband and I honeymooned at the Banff Inn and loved it. The location was good - 10-15 min walk into town and next to the Fox hotel which had a great bar attached (Chillies) where the food and drink were great. The town centre is expensive but then it is a tourist hotspot. The ladies on reception were always... More

Well, Here I am in the room now trying to watch the fuzzy TV which has no volume on a number of channels (I don't know why). I can't sleep because the AC unit in the room is soo loud that it sounds like there in a clothes dryer in the room with me that turns on every half hour.... More

Sorry to hear about your stay,we always try to do our very best for our guests, but we have a couple of answers about the problems notifided, channel 34-38 no sound, cable problem in Banff, everyone has no sound with those channels and fuzzy, and uncomfortable beds that are less than a year old is somehow doubtful.
