A friend and I stayed here for a "catch up girls weekend" and had a great time. The hotel was pretty much deserted so we had the hottub/stream room area to ourselves. This is a very convienently located hotel, taking about 15 mins. to get to "downtown". I was a little taken aback when we first saw our room as... More

I stayed at the Banff Inn for 1 night with a group of friends. We chose this hotel because of its location on Banff ave and in the town, and also because they could accomodate 6 of us in one room for a very reasonable price. We had a loft room for 6 people, with two double beds on the... More

We stayed there for 2 nights. The Room was big and clean. You can walk to Banff Downtown in about 20 Minutes. Very Good Hotel for this price, incl. a sufficient Continental Breakfast. Main criticism: breakfast room is not big enough, so it´s possible, that a bus group has priority before the other guests. That´s not so good if you... More

Loved the location--close enough to downtown to comfortably walk, but far enough away from crowds and noise. Breakfast was good, not spectacular. Good value for Banff. More

My wife and I stayed at the Banff Inn for seven nights in August 2011. I carefully chose this property due to its location, complimentary continental breakfast, free garage parking, price, and general appearance on website. Overall, it was a good choice. The room was very attractive and pleasant, although on the small side. Breakfast food choices were average and... More

The king bed room was very small and dark with only a tiny window. The room felt like we were in an attic because of the angled ceiling. I will definitely pick a different hotel in Banff next time. They also have no outdoor pool or outdoor hot tub. Skip the Banff Inn! More

well there was nothing wrong about the hotel, its just that frontdesk people were so rude, not very professional, felt like i was bothering them all the time, interrupting when i'm speaking and just saying no. yeah, i dont think so, i dont know, etc. felt like that they dont even want to talk. i first felt it when i... My husband and I stayed here before starting a bike tour from Banff to Jasper. Our room was fresh (meaning that bed linens, window coverings, etc., looked new), clean, roomy with big windows. We had a special request and Dan Rodrigues, GM, went out of his way to accommodate us. The underground parking is secured. I found it to be... More

This hotel was absolutly gorgeous! Our room on the third floor, which overlooked Fox street and Banff Avenue, was exactly what you want in a hotel. It had hardwood floors, new climate control with A/C, a window that opened, and a corner fireplace. It was immaculate and the bed had a new high-end good quality mattress. The underground parking was... More
