Have just checked out of Banff Inn yesterday. Had a pleasant stay, staff very friendly and Hotel is clean and comfortable the only fault we had was Asian Tour Group, the people all congregated in the room next to ours and had put the door on lock so therefore everytime people came in and out it would slam this happened... Stayed here for 2 nights during the peak of the ski season. I thought everything was fantastic. Spacious room -- regular double-occupancy room with 2 queen beds. Clean bathroom and linens. The on-site restaurant is small, so we went elsewhere for dinner but the breakfast was great in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is well located within the downtown area of Banff. We stayed 1 night in a loft since we were a group of 5 adults. It was ok for the night. There was only 1 bathroom for a loft with 3 queen beds. The reception was friendly. We also used the free underground parking , which is very useful.... More

This hotel is a short walk from the town. Big spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. House keeping leaves a lot to be desired making up the bed and leaving new towels only, they don't even take the old towels! The breakfast is good, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. The bar is nice at night with... More

The Banff Inn was a nice stay while we were in Banff. Free wifi, located about a 5 minute walk to a lovely restaurant and across the street from Chili's. The room was larger than I expected given the area and the bed was nice. The bathroom could use a bit of updating but was functional for what we needed.... More

We had the loft room and stayed there three nights. A very nice and spacious room, although it got quite warm in the loft itself, where the beds were. The interior of this room was certainly up to date.

We had two nights at the Banff Inn. The room was really nice, very spacious and with windows on two sides, one looking on to Banff Avenue. Everything was clean and fresh. Two things let it down though - the breakfast was so basic, it would have been better not to bother, and the shower was awful, just too old.... More

The room is very spacious and clean. We went there on a long weekend and the parking was completely full so we had to park outside. Staff service was sufficient but not enthusiastic. The hotel does look old but everything works OK, including the air conditioner which does run a little noisy at night. The location was a big plus... More

The room was outdated. The room looked more spacious in the pic. Carpet was old and bathroom was even older. We actually checked the beds before we got in. When we opened the window to look at the mountains there were beer bottles and drinking cups on the little balcony. The loft bed was sandwiched between the wall and a... More

We (3 persons) shared à spacious loft room. We would have appreciated aircon in loft part, where there are two queen beds. Now one of us spent the nights on the pullout bed in the living room, which does have air conditioning. When pulling out the bed, pieces of crisps showed up and we were not really sure if the...
