We stayed at this Hotel as part of a Travelsphere tour of the Rockies. A lovely hotel - very clean and spacious. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms very luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful - a truley lovely hotel

This hotel didn't look very fancy or special, but we had a wonderful two day stay here. We booked the suite overlooking the patio on the 3rd floor. It was very elegant, clean and quiet. The king size bed was superbly comfortable. Our first evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food and wine selections were excellent. some... More

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel, good bedroom clean and well maintained. Restaurant menu varied, dinner well cooked, staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet or a la carte. Slightly odd , but seems to be norm for Canadian hotels, but bar was in the dining room not separate. No complaints

I was somehow disappointed in this property. It was certainly very clean, and folks were friendly, but no more so than else where in the park. I had booked an "executive suite" which was essentially a larger room with a sleeper couch and a fireplace-the consolidator description was deceptive. The view from the window was directly into the front driveway,... More

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The room was rather plain - very motel-ish. The mattresses were horrilble and everyone in our party woke up with sore backs. Our room opened to a "patio" that was essentially a second floor porch that was shared by 8-10 other rooms. Hotel service was so-so. Definitely not a 4 star place.. Not... More

We really enjoyed our stay there with our children (12 and 9 years old). They loved playing in the indoor pool. The beds were comfortable but the A/C was a bit noisy. We didn't eat at the restaurant there as it seemed pretty expensive but had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the Caribou Lodge's Keg restaurant right up the... More

Fantastic hotel, huge bedroom, bed and bathroom. The buffet breakfast is great: fruit, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and pastries for $18 (£9). Good wheelchair access, but a bit too far out of town (although flat) to keep going in/out all day.

We stayed here in early July 2007 for 2 nights. Nice, clean hotel - we had a nice big room with a big bathroom. We found the staff (particularly the desk staff and concierge) to be really, really friendly and helpful - they suggested afternoons out, restaurants and were just very accommodating. We didn't eat in the restaurant (with Banff... More

Positives: - Very clean hotel and rooms - Extremely friendly staff. They were also very helpful. Accomadating. - Location in town Negatives: - This is way overpriced. We checked the price at Rim Rock, a far nicer hotel and it was actually cheaper (unfortunately, we could not switch since we already had reservations at Delta). This is basically a motel... More

Our room was not the best we have ever stayed in. It was on the ground floor on the side of the hotel, with a new building going up right alongside, so it was rather dark. There was a gas fire that, although only the pilot was alight, gave out heat and made the room too warm. The in-room air-conditioner... More
