Only spent 1 night here but it was good! Very clean, the staff very friendly, and no noise from the hallway or next door neighbours. What more could I ask? We did ask for a king bed but got 2 queens instead.... a nice experience overall, though.

It was our second stay at the Delta. We loved it the first time so we left Rimrock to stay at the Delta for a night because of our previous experience. We did not notice anything wrong with the room until my husband and I went back from having a drink at the hotel restaurant. Our children were already asleep... More

My experience at the Delta Banff was somewhat of a disappointment. Although the room was "acceptable", the service was subpar. This property is one of the first hotel into the city and within walking distance of downtown Banff shops and restaurants. When Delta acquired the management rights on this property, alot of money was put in to upgrade the rooms... More

It is always a pleasure to hear from our guests,.. even when they may address areas in which we may improve. We certainly value our Delta Privilage loyalty program members and wish to provide them with first class customer service at every visit. February 7th was a Saturday and at 100% occupancy. I can assure our Platinum Plus Member that... More

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, complete with a fireplace and I would recommend one of these rooms if you can. The room was spacious, the bathroom huge and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The pool area was fun to relax in and the hot spa was a nice treat after the minus 28 degrees weather.... More

I am a big fan of Delta hotels/service, and was not disappointed with this hotel. We had a king bed, fireplace, sofa/wing chair living area, large bathroom with jetted tub (not very comfortable for 2), although advertised for 2, 2nd floor with mountain views. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and plenty of space for our belongings. We are... More

This is my first time writing a review so here goes. I have been to Banff at least a dozen times but maybe it is closer to twenty now. ( lost count ) The hotel in general is what you would expect in the higher end of the price range for Banff. It was clean and well maintained with helpful... More

The Delta is a nice hotel with a good pool and nice rooms. We had a Deluxe King with a fireplace, jet tub and chesterfield/chairs. The view was great facing out to Banff Ave from the third floor. We had requested feather pillows through the Delta website when we booked and they were waiting for us upon checkin. The bed... More

I loved everything about Banff, including this hotel. You definitely get what you pay for and this hotel is lovely and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with an extra room between the bedroom and bathroom. It also had an electric fire, very cosy. You can't beat waking up in the morning to a view... More

Small but friendly hotel. Room was lovely - traditionally decorated with a fireplace. Fantastic view of mountain across the street with church and nice houses in front. Only one chair to sit and relax which was a shame. Housekeeping staff very friendly and cute! Had breakfast once - served by hungover but very pleasant and chatty young lady from NZ.... More

We stayed here for our anniversary, and we absolutely loved our room. When my boyfriend booked the hotel, the clerk asked if there was any specific reason for our stay. My boyfriend casually mentioned that it was our anniversary. When we checked into the hotel in the afternoon, and we walked into our room, we discovered a welcome package for... More
