We had a two night stay during our holiday in the canadian rockies and were impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. We liked the location and enjoyed the 10 minute walk into the centre of Banff. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the on site restaurant. It is easy to see why this hotel is rated so... More

My husband and I stayed at the Delta last weekend for our anniversary after researching hotels on Trip Advisor and choosing the Delta. We were not disappointed!! I had mentioned during my reservation that it was our anniversary so upon check-in we were upgraded from a regular room to a deluxe suite - it was so beautiful. The room was... More

We only stayed here for one night on our trip through the Rockies but wish we had stayed longer! The room was a good size, a nice fireplace and lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and as Aussies living in the US it was great to hear so many Aussie accents in the hotel :) We moved on after one... More

A very good hotel. A short walk to the center of Banff. Quiet location, very clean rooms, great staff who all thank you for staying with them, a very good restaurant and chef. Rooms are well appointed and the bed is very comfortable...that is a must for us. Not the usual hard ones you usually encounter.

Although our travel plans only allowed us one day in Banff - this hotel sure made the quick trip well worth our time - along with the surrounding mountains. The staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming - interested in our needs and polite - you would almost think they owned the place. Our dinner in the restuarant was terrifice... More

My family and I stayed here in the beautiful town of Banff for 3 nights. We enjoyed the hotel, for its cleanliness and the little touches. Such as having our windscreen cleaned every morning!! The hotel is within walking distances of the middle of town, and lots of nice restaurants. Didnt like paying for parking (an extra???) but that seems... More

We stayed in the junior exec suite for 2 nights and thought it was an awesome hotel. Very quiet, clean, and located perfectly in Banff. The mineral pool was very nice and same goes for the hot tub. The Evergreen restaurant is definitely underrated and gives Le Beaujolais a run for it's money. We had one of the best meals... More

I have stayed in a couple hotels in Banff and we paid $221 / night at the Delta. It is clean and super close to walk dowtown. The rooms were average size, we had two double beds, fireplace and spacious bathroom. The television was really old with bad reception. I am surprised they would not have updated to flat screens... Only spent 1 night here but it was good! Very clean, the staff very friendly, and no noise from the hallway or next door neighbours. What more could I ask? We did ask for a king bed but got 2 queens instead.... a nice experience overall, though.

It was our second stay at the Delta. We loved it the first time so we left Rimrock to stay at the Delta for a night because of our previous experience. We did not notice anything wrong with the room until my husband and I went back from having a drink at the hotel restaurant. Our children were already asleep... More
