We were greeted by a very friendly reception staff member, Ann, who had a smile on her face and a great attitude which gave us a very good impression of our first stay in a Delta hotel. We had a four night stay here and were given a complimentary upgrade on our room from a single queen room to a... More

We have come to this hotel for the last three years for a four night stay to enjoy our anniversary. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful, and have always tried to accommodate our needs. The room and the grounds are beautifully kept, and all of the employees have a friendly smile and a quick hello. The bed... More

Thanks again Delta - you have exceeded our expectations. Service was fantastic. Your rooms are so nicely cleaned and maintained and attendance to detail wonderful. We have 3 separate reservations and you were able to put us all close together which made things so easy for us to check on our 87 year old mother. Thanks again - that is... More

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in August. It was a very noisy stay. In room no 213, It was a 24 hour continues noise from the air condition generators near by. They gave us another room no 332, were we stayed the last three days and nights of our holiday. Every night there was a problem with... More

Everything about our stay was excellent. We enjoyed wonderful massages in the Spa. Our dinner at the Evergreen restaurant was fantastic!! The chefs took care of every detail-we will definitely eat there on our next stay in Banff. David was a first class server and made our Anniversary dinner very memorable. The comfort of the rooms was second to none.... More

We recently stayed at the Delta to attend my nieces wedding which was Oct.1. There were many family and friends staying at the hotel as well. We found the rooms to be very nice. We had a standard room and a suite. The standard room was your typical hotel room with two beds and a great big bathroom. Our suite... More

Our recent trip to Banff for the Melissa's Road Race was made even more enjoyable with our stay at the Delta. Very friendly and helpful staff and delicous Sunday brunch. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the hotel is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The only disappointment was the hot tub - due to a breakdown... More

My husband and I just returned from a fantastic trip to Banff. We stayed at the Royal Canadian Lodge & I was a little skeptical about a few comments made on TripAdvisor about service, etc, but the staff was excellent, the room was squeaky clean, we had a fireplace in our room and it's a very short walk (about 5... We stayed in the Delta for 2 days after arriving in Banff, using this time to acclimate, do some shopping, sample the restaurants and basically adjust to the time and altitude change. While the hotel was perfectly fine (no big problems, not hugely noisy) it also had nothing of the "wow," especially at its considerable price. Conveniently enough located along... More

My husband and I stayed here for our first ever trip to Banff! Everything was wonderful. As you step into the lobby the first thing that hits you is the smell and crackle of a real wood fire burning in the pretty fire place. From then on it was perfection. Great and friendly staff, cozy room with fireplace, comfy bed... More
