Two nights in a suite to celebrate our anniversary. Were surprised with a card and champagne on ice when we arrive. Fantastic room! Corner room with two sets of windows overlooking Banff Avenue, 10 foot ceilings, well appointed, a substantial feel that was so much more than a hotel room. We had a terrific dinner in the dining room and... More

Stayed here for 4-5 nights with my wife in early March this year. Found service was excellent and the Brody the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a bit pricey, and was a bit disappointed when we went there one evening to find that the items from the lunch menu had stopped being served (even though the menu... More

Myself, my wife and another couple stayed at the Delta for a week in March 2010. The location is fine - just a 10 min stroll into Banff for all the bars & restaurants & a 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the coaches to the pistes. The hotel was clean, warm & very comfortable. The staff were... More

We were very pleased with this hotel - the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area (we thought it was nice stroll), but there are restaurants in the surrounding hotels if you don't want to walk. The pool and hottub area are small but exceptionally nice... More

Stayed at the Delta for a week. Hotel was very, very quiet apart from the weekends. I put this down to the poor snow conditions but that didn’t worry us much as we were here simply for a relaxing time. After an easy check-in, we were shown to our room. Whilst it was what we had reserved, it was on... More

My partner and I booked the Delta Banff on hotwire staying in Banff for just one night after a day of skiing. We thought we couldn't go wrong with booking a Detla chain hotel. First of all, we couldn't find the hotel, had actually driven past it since the hotel sign was so small and discrete. Once we did found... More

Really nice hotel with big rooms and a beautiful pool area. The pool is a little small but the hot tub is a really good size.

We spent 3 nights at the end of January. The rooms were clean. The hotel has an underground garage that is heated. My only complaint is that is about 8 blocks to get to the main part of town. There are some nice restaurants nearby and we enjoyed our food at their restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel in September for our anniversary trip to the Rockies......Well, I'm so glad my husband wanted to stay here instead of the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel.....We were tickled pink to arrive to our absolutely gorgeous king size suite to be welcomed with chilled wine, a package with chocolate truffles, biscotti and dried fruit and a card... On checking in , all 3 rooms received a note promising free breakfast the next morning. When confirming the above with the front desk - they said it was a mistake and refused to deliver any consolation on their mistake.
