It's all been said before...perfectly functional, clean and in a great position for Banff. Our room was a great size with two large beds and plenty of space to move around and store belongings. We had the option to enter a large shared patio area, although there were no chairs. It was very quiet even though it was obviously well... More

Lovely old hotel in great location. Lovely rooms but the baths are a bit dated. If you have ANY leg problems ask for a handicap room or stall shower. The old fashioned high tub showers are tough. Rooms are beautifully appointed with Keurig machines. Bottled water delivered every evening. Really lovely place to stay.

This restaurant in the Banff Park Lodge is awesome, with one of the best menus ever. They have a private dining room right off the main one, should you require one. Should you require help for a dining experience for a group, please ask for Alec Thomson. The whole experience was wonderful, with just the best food ever.

I'm sure there are more beautiful hotels around, but when you're traveling from city to city, one that is comfortable, convenient and clean goes a long way. The Banff Park Lodge has the most gorgeous flowers at the entry and a nice fire roaring in the lobby with cushy chairs to sit and chill. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.... More

A good quality hotel located right in town. Rooms were spacious with everything you would need. The guests laundry is very handy, especially when detergent is automatically dispensed at no extra charge.

We were thrilled with this hotel. My 18 year-old son and I stayed at the Banff Park Lodge Resort for one night on August 28 on our way to Calgary. We arrived in the evening and checked in, which was a breeze, only to realize that our vehicle was over-height and we had to park across the street, outdoors, at... More

Spent three nights at this hotel as part of a tour group at the end of August and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy, but found the accommodations clean and "up to standards" for a regional tourist town. The lobby and decor won't sweep you off your feet, but it fits the atmosphere of a nice country lodge. The room... More

Visited this hotel with a Caravan tour recently. The room was nice and very clean. The location is great to walk around the town of Banff. There were several shops along a walkway inside the hotel. The salesclerk in the main gift shop was always busy with her stock or paperwork and didn't pay much attention to customers, but I... More

Being located across the street from Melissa's makes this Hotel perfect for us. The rooms are big, clean and well maintained. A big plus in winter is the under ground heated parking. Trust me ...even the Banff Springs Hotel has outside parking. The Lobby and the Bar look a little shabby and dated, but we normally don't spend much time... More

We were booked into this hotel as part of an organized tour. The hotel is full of local atmosphere, along with all of the necessary amenities. Our room is spacious and very clean. The decor reflects the local culture- not necessarily my taste, but quite serviceable. It is 2 short blocks from the heart of Banff. Perfect place if you... More
