We enjoyed the economy suite for decided to have supper and breakfast in due to it being a cold and rainy day. Was nice to have extra space for the "down day". Though the room was a bit dated we found it quite comfortable with four rooms - bedroom, kitchen, front room and bathroom. Quite friendly.

Though there were just 2 of us, we ended up in a suite with 2 bedrooms (master was a loft), 1-1/2 baths, living room and full kitchen, at a reasonable price (midweek discount). There was a wood burning fireplace (we didn't use), a balcony, sleep sofa, and many TVs. We also had use of a decent fitness room, steam and... More

First let me say that you can't beat the view ANYWHERE in Banff. Everywhere you look there is something spectacular. The Tunnel Mountain Resort had great views in every direction. We stayed in a one bedroom suit, and it was average. The front door opened to the bedroom, and then there was a galley kitchen which led to the living... More

We rented a chalet with loft for 2 couples. The outdoor deck was private. The main problem was the small shower with sloping beam that had to be navigated carefully. The service provided by Charles was outstanding. He brought firewood for the fireplace and the correct remote for the TV. From the parking lot, we had an outstanding view of... More

Stayed here out of necessity: one highway to Jasper closed due to mud slide, the other a road crash both being closed for many hours. We were given a list of local hotels and use of a phone by the Visitors Centre in Banff. It is a little way out of Banff on the side of the main road but... More

We stayed here for 6 nights in Jult 2011. Stayed in a chalet with loft. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Will stay here again.

We stayed here because I got good rate thought it would be nice to outside of Banff. The parking is extremely tight and a real pain. Our lower level executive suite room was ok but only a view of the noisy road. The bed was comfy. The only restaurant is very pricey 5* across the street and it's a HIKE... More

Best value for your money, facilities were very clean and they have hot tubs and a pool but you need a car to get down to the main town strip where all the shops and restaurants are. It is located up a large hill and there is no magnificent views from here if that is what you are looking for.... More

Just spent three nights with family, we booked two executive suites via Expedia at an amazing rate. We arrived with mixed expectations based on some mediocre reviews and were pleasantly surprised! Both suites were huge and featured king beds with 40" flat screed TV, separate sitting area with leather sofa and large deck, but the wow was the bathroom!!, huge... More
