I have stayed here 3 times now with my wife and friends. Every time we go we find the service awesome and very friendly. The beds in the rooms are comfy and one of the best I have ever slept on (travel a lot due to work). Last time we stayed in the Chalet and they had a real wood... More

We had stayed here on referral from a family member. The room was great, King size bed, fireplace and mountain view. The steam room shower was really cool too, but the tub was really small. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave the building to go to pool. It was -25 degrees C` so my wet hair... More

I come to this resort a couple times a year to get away from the city. I love the location and all the amenities that come with the executive suite (fireplace, steam shower, jetted tub, dvd player, fridge). We just got home from our trip and I am not impressed with our last stay. Although the staff is usually friendly... More

We received a life experiences voucher from our friends for a romantic getaway for one night with wine and chocolate. We called and made our reservation over the phone directly with the front office staff. Even though the package was fully prepaid we had to give them a credit card number to hold the room, which we did and was... More

Thank you for your feedback and review. We are sorry for the confusion in regards to what is required to facilitate a check in at our property. As with most hotels in Canada we require a major credit card to be produced at check in. As per our phone conversation, it is clearly stated on the literature on your voucher... More

I have stayed here before, but it was some time ago. I really like the location on the mountain above the town of Banff, away from all the traffiic and town noise. You are more likely to see wildlife up there. The loft one bedroom we stayed in was quite pleasantly roomy for the four children and three adults, but...definitely... More

We went to Banff for a nice "couples" weekend and we stayed in the executive king suite, with the steam shower and jetted tub <33 We did the food bank donation upon check in, which saved us a little bit of money. The room was pretty basic, but the jetted up was wonderful. And my boyfriend LOVED the steam shower.... More

This is our favourite hotel ever. We haven't stayed in the chalets, just the hotel room. Perhaps it helps that we've gotten really good deals and never paid the full rate. Heated floors in the bathroom and entry way (where there are 2 sinks and a fridge). LOVE heated floors. Fireplace. Views from the bed or the patio. Very comfy... More

Very good hotel. Even though it's close to downtown it'll keep you away from the peay season's crowd. The staff is super friendly and go the extra mile to make you happy. Perfect for couples and families. More
