We love staying in these rooms when celebrating a special occasion and want to spend a night or two in Banff. Close enough to town where it's a 2 minute drive but far enough that you're not annoyed by traffic. Love the steam shower, comfy beds and fireplace; can't speak for the rest of the rooms as the Executive Suite... More

As I have been to Banff multiple times before- usually staying at hotels, once I found this resort I was excited for a new experience. I was looking for a place that slept 7 people - this showed up while searching online. I booked it and it was going to be extremely affordable to be split 7 ways. Then I... More

My partner and I chose to stay at tunnel mountain as we had visited friends who are staying there. Our stay was for only 2 nights as we had left another accommodation we were not happy with to come and stay at tunnel mountain instead. We were very happy with our experience and would definetly recommend this accommodation to other... More

We aren't always 'up' for spending $600 a night at a hotel. Sometimes a clean spot in a great spot will do just fine. Perfectly that is. We loved that we were out of the bustle of cars and left to the mountain air and a clear night of stars. The room had a huge bed, nice size tv, a... More

We stayed at Tunnel Mountain for about a week on our trip to Banff National Park. Our suite had all the conveniences you would expect of a one-bedroom studio. It was well maintained, although it looked a little old, and the kitchen had all the amenities you would expect in order to do some basic cooking (we cooked some of... More

Stayed here in September 2014 for one night with my daughter. Room was clean and located on the first floor, which was accessible by stairs and an elevator. We also had a patio, which overlooked the road. We had a king size bed, a fireplace, a jetted deep bathtub and a steam shower. Stay was pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the... More

Our family of four rented a one bedroom with loft for a couple days. Granted it was Holiday season and we were prepared to pay a bit more. The bill ended up being just under $700 for two days including taxes. I would've expected something much different than what we received. In other reviews the complaints seem similar (especially with... More

We booked the One Room with Loft, back in August. We were really looking forward to taking our family for a mountain getaway, to celebrate the New Year. Words can not express how disappointed we are with this hotel. We arrived to find that the furnace was not working in our unit, it was -34c with the windchill. Even with... More

Our room was only cleaned once in the five days we stayed. (Looked that way anyways) The microwave wasn't cleaned, there were crumbs everywhere, and our garbage hadn't been touched. The parking is ridiculous and our vehicle was scratched because of how small and limited the space is. We were there for our wedding and I can actually see crumbs... More
