I have just returned form a 3 night saty in the Banff Aspen hotel and I have to say that the hotel is magnificent. We stayed in a Queens Sized room with a balcony and a sitting area. The balcony strecthed the entire length of the room and looked out into mountain views in a picturesque tourist town. The service... More

I have read some of the other reviews and those that criticise were either unlucky, or demand more than this hotel sets out to provide. We found the place quiet, comfortable clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. OK, so the breakfast didn’t offer Champagne or roast swan, but it was perfectly adequate for us and there was a good... More

Stayed here two nights over a holiday weekend. Arrived late after a long drive. Check in desk was cordial (just), but the girl had such a thick accent I could barely understand her, which seemed to really irritate her and no one steppd in to help. I did get up to my room, and it was really hot and stuffy.... More

I did not know about these reviews for hotels but they was great. The Travellers Inn was tops. It has a great position so close to the shops so the kids did not mind the walk. The shuttle bus stopped right outside the hotel which was great. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms OK, nothing flash, we... More

We stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge for 11 nights during March. Although the location looked good, we didn't really know much about the hotel, so were expecting the worst. When we arrived, we noticed the appearance of the hotel was better than the photos shown on most of the sites and in brochures. The rooms were large, ours had... More

Stayed here for a week whilst skiing in the area with my 12y/o son & we both really liked it. The room we had was huge, with 2 beds in one room & a lounge with large sofa, TV & balcony. The hot tub was a God send after a long days skiing & was great for meeting fellow guests.... More
