I booked this hotel based on the price, free breakfast and the excellent reviews from Trip Advisor members. I was not at all let down! The hotel is right in the town, between 2 ski shuttle stops and exceptionally clean. The hotel and the rooms are tastefully modern and definitely give you a feeling that you are in a 3.5... More

I stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge in August 2010, and had a wonderful experience. When I booked the room over the phone, I requested a renovated room, and the service representative ensured me that all rooms would be renovated by the time I arrived. When I got to my room, it smelled like pickles and had Fleur de Lise... More

I chose this hotel based on a few factors: proximity to downtown, reasonable rates and a hot tub! Check in was easy and casual. When I was leaving, they help my bags after check out until my bus to the airport arrived. The breakfast downstairs was a lovely perk as well. I loved the homemade granola and tasty jams, was... Pro's: Fantastic outdoor hot pool and jacuzzi, steam room AND sauna! Very few hotels offer all four of those things. I spent more time at the hotel than I normally would in order to take advantage of the amenities. Staff were quite friendly, and the hotel in general was pleasant. Con's: I found several beer bottle caps in the pool... More

Stayed 3 nights, November 10-13. Early check in was not a problem, room was very nice, good house keeping, balcony, clean white linens, refrigerator made a bit of noise, no bigee. Hot tub was nice, getting in early is the best bet! Front desk lent us a board game, which was nice. Location was very handy, short walk to down... More

I honestly booked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest for the time that I was visiting. I didn't have high expectations and was booking on price and location for only one night. I was so pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. (340) To start, it was completely updated. Bathroom, fixtures, furniture. Everything was very clean... More

After a 6-night stay here in late October, we are happy to highly recommend this property. The Lodge is an older motor inn that has been throuroughly and tastefully renovated in a warm modern style. The inner courtyard of the exterior two-level section of the Lodge has been cleverly equipped with two hot tub areas, with a lovely outdoor fireplace.... More
