The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town. Do not miss the complimentary breakfast and remember this is the only one which serves free breakfast. The rooms were neat and tidy and the service was just beyond usual. Loved our stay!

We loved this place and would totally stay here again. The room was great and spacious, and we actually REALLY liked that our room had two sinks in it. It had an almost separate living room to it, something that really splits it up a little, so that you could spend more time there without it feeling like you are... More

I did the 1/2 marathon for Melissas. We stayed two nights. I picked this place because it was close to the stores and because of the breakfast. It was quiet. It was a beautiful room. Breakfast was great. The staff was nice. The hot tubs were amazing after the run too. Great place.

My husband and I stayed four nights here to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed our stay here. The room(s) were clean and comfortable and the staff were efficient, accommodating, and friendly. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to everything in town: shops, restaurants, and a wide variety of attractions. The Banff Spring Hotel was... More

Out of all the hotels we stayed in in Canada, this one proved the best value for money. Our price included breakfast ( full), dinner voucher, trip on the ski lift and a visit to local hot springs. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the staff very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 nights here during our trip through the Rockies. The location of the hotel is perfect, just far enough away from the noisy crowds but close enough to walk to the action. Breakfast is really good and was a pleasure each morning. Free wifi works well in the room. Parking at the back is good. So why am... More

We stayed at Banff Aspen Lodge for 4 nights in August. It's a great location, easy walking to shops and restaurants. The front desk was very helpful to us and we also observed them helping many others. They offered suggestions for things to do and restaurants, and giving directions if needed. The complimentary breakfast was good with several choices. We... More

Aspen lodge is located on Banff avenue - just a 2 minute walk from the main shops and restaurants. There is free parking at back of hotel. The rooms are large and with comfy beds. Everything was modern and clean and well presented There is no AC in the hotel but they do provide fans in the room. The breakfast... More

We paid CAD530 for three nights in September. It was quiet, centrally located, the rooms are clean, modern for Canadian standards where most furniture seems to come from the eighties. The double sinks apart from the showerroom were really handy. Even apart from having no AC (what hotel of this quality has no AC??), we found the room good value... More
