Our family of four arrived on Friday after the slopes were closed, so it was quite in the village. After the gondola ride up and short the walk over to the lodge, I really felt like I was in a special place. We were up early the next day to hit the runs as soon as we could. It's so... More

We stayed at the Lodge for 6 nights. We had never snowboarded or skied before so didn't have any expectations or even know how things worked. You had to check in twice, once at the bottom of the mountain to get your bags sent up (This can take up to 4 hours so if there is anything you need put... More

From Calgary it is nice to spend a night on the hill or more if one can. In the old days you would get to ski on the day you arrived and the next day which was great. Now you only get next days skiing (VIP parking included). This helps but the price is still up there so we can... More

As for your feedback about the food—our Food & Beverage team is doing a mid-year review where they will look into the items you mentioned... More

We spent a couple of days on the hill. The skiing was great the hotel and hotel service was good but the food was terrible. We had dinner at the Eagles Nest. The dining room seems like an afterthought. We had salads for starters and they were not very fresh. I had the Elk osso bucco and it was so... More

I have to say that for the first time in our life we had one of the most relaxing, satisfying and enjoyable stays at Sunshine Mt Lodge. The staff went beyond to please us. Service in The Eagles nest was prompt, the food and wine was perfect, and the chef came out and made us a special champagne sorbet and... More

We had a really nice suite with great views. A large hot tub was welcome after the slopes. Nice restaurant with good value meals and wine. The service was great from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here last week in a Premier Queen room in the new West Wing. The room was absolutely beautiful. Lovely fireplace, very clean, nice bathroom. I could walk right off the patio onto the slope! Our ski club stayed at Sunshine last week, and the hospitality was over the top! Dave Spence and his crew could not have been more accommodating. They were in touch with us long before our club even arrived, and then were present and so helpful when we were with them. Two people and 18 pairs of skis arrived after-hours, and... More

Let me start off by saying we had a great time here and the location is really awesome. Starting with the good. We were upgraded to the Assiniboine suite (because we were on our honeymoon I suspect). We got a nice cheese platter as a welcome which was awesome. The bathroom in this room is THE BEST. The shower has... More
