i went skiing and the hotel was perfect, all the ski hire was located within the hotel car park, secure ski storage was provided, the hotel had a pool, a bar, a restaurant, a sushi bar and a gift shop. the room was large, clean ( cleaned daily ), very warm with nice large beds and tv with an ample... more

Stayed here for 2 weeks in april, this was our third visit to hotel and we came home yesterday and booked for 3 weeks next year. Its a fantastic hotel for serious skiers/boarders - great hot tub on roof (and it is hot not lukewarm) first stop for ski bus on way to and from slopes and also has a... more

This is a great hotel. It is a little tired around the edges but it is a skiers hotel. The ski bus picks up at the hotel door. The room was large, very clean and warm. The staff were all very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Hot tub, restaurants and bar were all good. Couldn't ask... more

Stayed in a two bedroom condo. Unit was a bit tired looking and was in need of maintenance and renovations. However, the price was right and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Would stay here again. more

We stayed at the Inns of Banff from the 19th - 26th January 08, booked through Inghams. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade our superior room to one with mountain views for $10/night, we did, but the middle pane of glass on the balcony doors was iced up and obscured the view in all rooms throughout... more

I have just returned from a one week holiday at the Inns of Banff, we stayed in the 'Swiss Village' which is a separate building to the main hotel, but literally yards away. The rooms were sizeable, we had 2 queen sized beds, which were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. It had all the things we'd expect,... more

We stayed at the Inns of Banff from 22 Dec to 2nd Jan and can honestly say that we had no complaints from start to finish, OK the Hotel is a lttle tired, but this is noted by the management who were extremely friendly and advised that a re-furbishment programme is in place, although due to the size of the... more

The Inns of Banff was a great place to stay in many ways. We stayed there this October /2007. My wife and I were on our 1st Anniversary. We stayed at the Rimrock last year and its a fine hotel for luxury suites. But the Inns of Banff was just as good in staff service, heated pool was awesome, and... more

This was the first hotel we stayed in on our coach trip to the Rockies and Vancouver. Our room was huge and could not be faulted. Location wise, it's just about the last hotel out of Banff so a half hour pleasant leisurely walk or so to the town centre - may be a bit too far for some but... more
