This hotel was average at best, it was cheap so that was good but the room smelt a bit weird and the shower didn't work properly. You get what you pay for so I would steer clear of this place unless you are after a super cheap and quite poor hotel...

This is the perfect hotel if you are tight on cash and won't be sitting around all day. We stayed two nights and payed around $200 all in, and in banff that's cheap !! I had read sketchy reviews, but now I realize otherwise. The front desk service man was polite and efficient. There was no waiting for our room.... More

If you're not looking for anything fancy but just a comfortable place to stay in Banff, the Inns of Banff is a good choice. It seems like an old hotel. The interiors (including the furniture) looks tired and there's an unusual smell along the hallway. However, for its price and location (it's around 5 minutes by car to downtown), I'd... More

Hot stale-smelling room even with window open. Tiny bathroom. Quite noisy parties onsite. Good location at the edge of town if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle downtown Banff. Never ate at the onsite (Japanese) restaurant so we can't rate same. Next time it would be worth the extra dollars to stay at a higher rated... More

We used Priceline to book this hotel and ended up with this hotel for an express deal,I liked this hotel the room was fairly large, there was a little balcony . I really liked the hot pool I thought the view was really cool. I would stay here again if I was to go back to Banff. They offered a free... More

I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and took advantage of the outstanding views from our outdoor hot pool. I would agree that the facility is pretty ‘cool’ and the views are absolutely spectacular. The downtown area of Banff is approximately a fifteen minute walk from our hotel, but for those who decide not to... More

And did I mention that it was dirty. Washrooms filthy, doors off their hinges. Kitchen stove was never levelled and pans nearly fell off the stovetop. Asked staff to try cleaning it up again fix the door. A cleaning person showed up with a cordless vacuum that had no suction and no nozzle. Maintenance guy had a wrench but that... More

I have been going to Banff for many years and this was my first stay. The hotel is tiered and has a couple different complexes which are joined by walkways which is great after you figure it all out. The interior is very dated and is in need of some upgrading. There are five floors in the one complex we... More

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry to hear that the glasses in your room were not replaced during your stay. This should be done on a daily basis and I will use this information as a training tool within the housekeeping department. Did you mention this issue during your stay with... More
