The deluxe guest room are great in size including a large bathroom. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast (bagels, fruit salad, juice, yoghurt etc.) and fast/well working wifi. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location on Banff Ave is approx. a 10' walk from downtown. Ski-buses stop just next door. To recommend!

Was upgraded to a loft. Nice room, kids enjoyed the upstairs. Only downside was that the heat could not be controlled so upstairs was a little warm. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay. Needed extra blankets for pull out bed and extra shampoo / conditioners - service was real quick.

The room was spacious, clean, although the carpet could use some work (skiers must wear their boots all the way to the bathroom) and extremely quiet at night. It is farther from the town center than we'd hoped but perhaps that's why it was quieter. It was a walkable distance unless it's super cold out.
