With a small Tv. no fridge and no where to go except a liquor store or the hotels awful restaurant, this was the low point of are stay in Banff. Management also made it very clear that we were not a priority and we better just drop any issues we might have.. I asked for extra towels after they did... More

Late check in, room wasn't ready until 4.40ish, and there was a huge line up at that time. The staff were friendly. Room was clean, but one of the bed sheets has a hole on it and beds were squeaky. It has all standard things: tv, night stands, lamps, coffee machine etc, except a hair dryer. We lived on 1st... More

This is dirt nast hotel. DIRT DIRT NAST!!! the elevator only move at a slightly slower speed than expected. From a lower grade hotel i would have expected an elevator capable of moving at a speed greater than 2.2 km/hr. There are so few people hear I feel as though it is unsafe. The parking garage has no cars in... More

I stayed here with 3 other friends Dec 28-30, and it was decent for the price and found out what type of people stay here. When we arrived at the Hotel from Edmonton around 3:30 PM December 28, we knew we would be a bit early for check in, but we figured it would be ok because usually the rooms... More

As you can see the hotel is dated however, if you are working on a budget (and most likely be always outside), Banff Voyager Inn may just be the place for you. Ideal for (1) students: (2) big family (getting more than 1 room) and (3) overnight stay. Conveniently located along Banff Avenue and a good walking distance to nearby... More

We, a family of 4, booked the hotel for 3 nights. However when we checked in I told the receptionist that we may check out a day early and if that was an issue. I was told no as long as I told them and checked out before 11 on day 3 and they would refund my 3rd night. On... More

We recently stayed here for three nights and I knew before going that it was an older hotel, you can tell just from the architecture. I didn't even bother to read the reviews. Anyways, we arrived and checked in, the front desk was courteous and professional. This was a winter (december) stay, so it was fairly cold outside and snowy.... More

We paid air conditioner rates, and called at 10:30 p.m. to the desk to ask how we were suppose to sleep in this heat. I had the patio door open with curtains pulled back for hours. The evening was cool but no air was coming in. The bathroom fan didn't work even. Someone came up and looked and we were... More

We stayed 3 nights and had excellent service from all the staff we dealt with. Our room was clean, nice and large with a king bed. We overlooked the side street which meant it was quieter. They have undercover parking but beware if it rains as the dips & puddles are massive and you may need wellies to get to... More
