Where to start? The small rooms with small windows set too high to see from? The lack of air conditioning with temperatures in the 30's? Loud people outside? Uncomfortable beds that sag in the middle? Internet service so slow that it takes a full minute to load Google maps, and many pages won't load at all? Staff that does little... More

My wife and I boarded the Rocky Mountainair at Jasper and from start to finish at Vancouver had a memorial experience that we'll treasure for ever, we traveled Silver leaf and felt very spoilt 😀 . This was part of a package deal and before booking it wondered if it was worth the money has we was picking up a... More

We spent a week in a cozy 1 bedroom timeshare unit. It was very well stocked with the basics (paper products, soap, sponges, etc). While small, it served our needs just fine and was cery clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that there was a night table and lamp on only one side of the bed. We just placed a... More

This is the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in. Unfortunately, it's also one of the worst. The beds are are bowed, like a banana. They're put mattress toppers on top, but these also are worn out and make it lumpy as well. It was dirty - the kitchen floor had a black sticky mark on it indicating it hadn't... More

After staying in the Banff Springs Hotel, we decided to save some cash and stay here. It was a very comfortable place with a fine little kitchen. Our daughters complain a lot about the foldout bed. It was really uncomfortable and they did not sleep at all. All in all it was a fine place that was worth the price.... More

There is no AC ! Nobody mentioned there was a fan, which MAY have made the stay tolerable, which was stashed on a top shelf in a closet. There is absolutely NO air circulation in the rooms. the fan should have been left out and the pilot in the fireplace turned off when winter passed. The combination south facing room , lack of... Read mixed reviews about this place! On the whole a great place to stay. We were in a Wolf condo that had been recently renovated. Housekeeping was exceptional. The check in area was still being renovated but wasn't an issue. Great shuttle service into downtown Banff. Staff very friendly. Even saw Parks Canada assisting a black bear to get to... More

WE booked a suite and were upgraded to a wolf suite; nicely renovated. We stayed 3 nights and would return. The pros: polite and friendly staff, clean renovated suite, deer walking thru the resort and it's away from the busy downtown. The cons: swimming pool was closed for maintenance (we were not told) & restaurant closed for renovations, bedroom was... More

What a disappointment, run down, derelict cars in the parking lot, rooms on topically clean, layers of dust on lighting and above closets, furniture old and uncomfortable. Rented a loft suite, had skylight almost right above the bed with no shade, no TV in sleeping area. The restaurant/bar is another story, the wait staff uninspired and the food all processed,... Reasonably priced hotel with fire places and comfortable beds as well as best ever dry sauna, pool and hot tubs: indoor and outdoor. It is a family friendly place so if you like quiet time, travel outside most popular family time outings. We stayed on a main level so there was nothing better that just stepping out of our room...
