New menu, loved the Macaroni and Cheese....wow. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds and the bedding is great - just sink in and dream. more

I would recommend a stay at the Banff Ptarmigan Inn. They have redone the restaurant menu and it is fabulous. Prices are reasonable and the quality and selection are great. more

Every time we stay at the Ptarmigan Inn we receive excellent service. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous, our room is in superb condition and the manager always makes sure we're taken care of. We stayed in the Premium Room with a fireplace, balcony overlooking Banff Avenue and a jetted tub and I'd recommend this room to anyone. more

We knew nothing about the hotel and found it by driving down the main street of Banff. We lucked into a great hotel, close to downtown and with the most helpful staff on the front desk. We extended our stay for two more days as it was so comfortable. more

Stayed here for 1 night. The location is great within easy walking distance to the main town shops. Hotel staff were friendly. First room was on an inside corridor with no outside window, so if you like to see outside make sure you book a room with a window looking outside. We were upgraded to a room with a window... more
