We Stayed here for one night before heading out heli-hiking. Our room was clean and relatively quiet. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel rooms and washrooms need updating. Most important, open your windows for air circulation and to air out the room. We stayed in September, so the room cooled off nicely and by the time we made... More

The hotel is situated on the very edge of downtown Banff, close to all the shops etc. We were made to feel very welcome and asked if we wanted help with our luggage. There is a little booklet which offers various discounts in shops and restaurants in Banff which was very useful. We were also given passes to the Roam... More

I really have no complaints, other than it was a little bit hard to find your way through the maze of halls. The beds, service, shower, and pillows were all up to my standards. Breakfast and waitresses were a little under par. Our room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I picked this hotel because it was a good price and included breakfast. The bedding is dated and the bathroom is small but it a nice size room. You get what you pay for. It's a good price compared to a lot of other hotels and resorts around. It's located on the Main Street and it's really the perfect location,... More

large nice room, lots of variety at breakfast, clean spa, pleasant staff, parking underneath. You can get dinner served in the bar which a lot brighter than the restaurant. All in all a pleasant stay.

The room was large, we had two queen beds, which had a feather bed on top of the mattress, so you really sunk into. A nice flat screen tv, coffee and tea in room, a table with two chairs, and two plastic chairs on the nice little balcony. Ok, the not so nice part of the room, the toilet and... More

I'm not raving about the accommodations but the location is convenient on the main drag- a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and a convenient base to explore the area. The bed was soft but maybe has seen better days and the hallways a maze. Staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel location is great and front entrance. The restaurant meatballs is good. Expect to pay minimum 20 bucks a person, but thats seems the going rate for places in banff. At for rooms they are dated and need a complete remodeling.new bathrooms, floors, interior deco, beds, etc. Nicer than a motel 6 or older hotel but for prices and... More
