Breakfast facility was good. Plenty of options on the menu. Facility is good but dated. Upgrading Washrooms would go a long way to improve appearance. The Cleaning staff do a GOOD JOB. Must listen carefully to staff as most have English as a second language and accents are strong.

My husband & I drove from Kelowna & were too tired to get home to Calgary that night. We were really looking forward to a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Boy! That did not happen! The first room we checked into the TV was not working, the front desk seemed indifferent to help. The second room was clean... More

Excellent sleep again at this hotel. It is well located near the heart of downtown Banff. There is no restaurant in the hotel but then why take a sandwich to a banquet. There are plenty of great eateries close by. The room was great with comfy beds and excellent bathroom. The shower was excellent. The only downer was the breakfast... More

(1) Don't worry about parking spot, per Frant desk agent, there are 56 rooms in total, and 57 parking spots made available. (2)The bath room looks very clean. Shower pressure is very good. No issue with water at all for top floor. Showerhead a little low, but not a big deal if you are under 1.8m. (3)Breakfast included is so... More

good for family travelling. we have 5 people and rent a van driving from Vancouver to Banff. You can easily find Bestwestern chained hotel on the way, and good option which ensure the quality of your sleep. a bit expensive for us, but knowing you will have quality sleep is important as a organizer for this family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siding 29 Best Western in Banff. Nice to be at the end of town as it was quieter and you were within walking distance to anything. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast room was bright and the food selection was numerous from hot to cold and loved the fresh... More

This was a two night stay in Banff, Alberta with one night free using a BW voucher. The motel is centrally located in Banff, and it made for an easy walk to shop and eat. Free parking was underground with room key operation. Easy access to elevator, stairs and indoor pool. The staff helped me gain access to wifi and... More

I stayed here with my family of three during our vacation to the Canadian Rockies this summer. I don't typically stay in Best Westerns but in a town with very few name brand hotels, this is a fine choice. The rooms are quite large and nice, and I'd definitely call the property "upscale" for a Best Western. Each room has... More

I think the air conditioner thermostat was just a placebo to make you think the room was cooling off, because it did not. There was a table fan in the room - so I think they are very aware of the problem. Probably a good place to stay for a winter/skiing holiday, but summer experience was not a comfortable sleep....
