It's an easy 5 minute walk to downtown, large rooms, comfortable beds (new linens) and pet-friendly. Paid $149 CAD which seemed to be a good summer price compared to other places in Banff. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. FYI for winter visitors, the garage is heated. more

I am writing this review whilst surfing the free wifi in the Best Western! We booked this place for the weekend and thought it would "do", when we drove up outside the exterior looks pretty unpromising, but the rooms are great! We stayed on the ground floor, in a pet friendly room (I repeat what the earlier reviewer said, this... more

We did not have a good time at this hotel! First off, the heat wouldnt turn off and the air conditioning didnt work so they told us to 'open a window'. Second, the jet tub didnt 'jet' so it was basically just a huge tub of water. Third, the bed was so uncomfortable that niether of us slept a wink.... more

We stayed at the Best Western Siding 29 for 3 nights. Upon check in we found our room to be very spacious and clean. We were travelling with our 2 labrador retrievers and the fact that the hotel accepted dogs with no restrictions was terrific. The hotel room had a balcony ( we were on the third floor ) which... more

This is a great hotel choice. It is only about 10 min. walk into town. However, we drove because parking was not a problem. We had a very nice clean room, Internet acess, a nice pool, and a great breakfast. If I vist again, I would stay here for sure. more

We stayed at this hotel for one night in August. When we arrived, they had no record of the reservation I made on bestwestern.com. My husband and I were worried as the sign outside said 'No Vacancy'. However, the helpful guy at the desk upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite for our trouble at no cost to us. Beautiful room,... more

Pool was closed by the dept. of health. Arrived on rainy day to a musty wet room smell. Apathetic staff. Horrid experience. more

Stayed here for 3 months. Basic rooms but with loads of space. Bus stop right outside hotel to whisk you off to the slopes each day. more

The room was small and nothing to write home about. Great to have a hot tub on the deck, but in the winter it's quite the hazard and it's extemely icy on the deck. I would suggest to anyone not to stay in this suite. The hotel was okay, I mean it's a Best Western, but the "Presidential Suite" was... more

Stayed in presidential suite for approx. $300.00 / night. Nice hot tub on private deck but not worth $300.00. Room was not ready for 1 hour after scheduled check in time. Room stinks very, very badly of cigarette smoke . Room floor not clean, broken glass and cigarette butts all over deck, staff lost phone messages that were left for... more
