I'm not saying for sure they were bed bugs....but I woke up in the morning with 4 bites in a row on my side...scared me enough to thoroughly clean my bags and throw everything in the dryer when I got home... Otherwise hotel was okay...

This is a great place to stay when visiting Banff. The room was immense, we have a balcony and great view of the mountains. Close enough to the town to walk if you want, and the breakfast selection was great. Also, underground parking which is great if you happen to be there in the winter.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are quiet and well equipped and the Wifi was free. Seems some higher end hotels have not got the message that it is unacceptable to charge for Wifi. About a 15 min walk into the main business district so very handy. The breakfast was great and way better that some "included"... More

Have been coming to Siding 29 Banff for over 18 years. The staff and accommodations are excellent. The hotel is pet friendly which is very important to us. It's easy walking distance to downtown shops and just off the main drag so easy access. Over the years we've seen major improvements (making rooms more modern) and the breakfast has improved... More

Perfect location on the edge of Dowtown Banff. Secure underground parking. With a gas station just across the street. We filled up there every morning before we started our daily trip. Room was large with 2 queen size beds, fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a work table. Every morning there was a full hot breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt,... More

The Best Western Siding 29 Lodge in Banff proved to be a very good choice for our one night stay. We appreciate the efforts of all staff to make our stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. The Room was very clean, and we enjoyed the private balcony. We should mention, however, that the breakfast room is very small. We found... More

We stayed here one night and were greeted by a girl who had just started that day. She did an excellent job, very friendly and courtious and you'd never know she had just began. The rooms were clean and beds quite comfortable. They had a fabulous breakfast which more than filled us up till lunch. I would definitely stay here... More

I stayed for two night in October to accommodate a family member who was having a procedure done at the Banff Hospital. I was given a later check-out time for the day of discharge which allowed me to stay in the hotel a bit longer while waiting. Our room was nice and spacious and we were pleased to have a... More

Beds are super comfortable. Got to see wildlife (deer) right on hotel property. Breakfast is good although would be nice to have hotel rotate breakfast meat selection instead of always being the same sausage choice otherwise everything was great with this stay.

Hotel very nice and very clean and staff were very friendly and efficient. However this particular hotel, which offers a proper breakfast, not a "continental breakfast", seems unprepared for a breakfast crowd. The breakfast room is far too small, and is short of dinnerware for a sudden surge of patrons wishing to have breakfast before checkout. That being said the... More
