Stayed 2 nights and had a standard room with 2 doubles. Hotel is older but very clean. Nice to have breakfast included. Breakfast was very good-always had plenty of food. Only problem with breakfast is the limited seating inside the breakfast room fortunately we had a room on the 1st floor so we could take it back to the room.... More

The location is a bit off from the downtown (15-20min on foot). The staffs were not friendly or kind. They could not maintain the temperature properly. On those days with around 4degreeC, there was no heating (it was late Aug, but I think in those area they should have made better adjustments since it happens). Half of our family caught... More

Had a king suite with no balcony. When we booked it was supposed to have one. When we wanted a diff room they told us they could do it but we'd have to move rooms every night we were there. Poor customer service. The room is poor at best. The sink is in the main part if the room instead... More

It was easy to walk to center of Banff. Breakfast was very nice but they do not have enough seating. Room was very comfortable. Nice that they have computers available. We enjoyed the stay so much that we did return to same hotel when we came back thru Banff.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was easy to find and a short walk to the main shopping area of Banff. The only improvements that need to be made is the parking (you can't get into the parking garage before check-in, but the outdoor parking area can only fit 2 or 3 cars), and the breakfast room is... We had a king suite with a Jacuzzi and king bed in it and was very impressed with the room setup, it was very spacious and well furnished. The Best Western is one of the few hotels in Banff that has a hot breakfast included, which helps you save money on breakfast in the mornings. It's a good selection, but... More

We stayed for only one night but enjoyed every minute of it! Front desk clerk was helpful in directing us to a place to eat. Bed and shower were great! I really liked the balcony. They allow pets. The only negative thing I can say is about the underground parking. It is too tight, so I parked outside on the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and was happy with our stay. Had a corner room on the 3rd floor which was very secluded and quiet. Lovely balcony with partial view of the mountain. The room itself was of a decent size with lovely furnishings. Breakfast was adequate but size of breakfast room is way too small for the size of... More

The Best Western in Banff has a beautiful suite with a hot tub and king bed. we had a very nice stay. The breakfast was hot and tasty but the room was very busy. We had a small issue with the fact that the cleaning staff sprayed fragrance in both the room and the hallway so we had to have... More

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge for two nights this July. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking time from downtown Banff and within walking distance of several restaurants around the hotel. Our hotel room was on the 3rd floor. It was spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom... More
