The hotel is very centrally located with beautiful ambience. The staff members are very friendly. Hotel Rooms are neat and tidy with a big Flat TV. Only breakfast room gets a little crowded with less space... however the quality of breakfast is good.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was renovated, however the tub was small and the shower head was low and had poor water pressure. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very expensive for what you're getting! We had to pay $320 (after taxes) for one night in a basic room with 2 beds.

We were all very pleased with this hotel. Very close to the center of town. Everyone needs to go to Saltlik for dinner, absolutely wonderful. Also, must see Banff Springs Hotel sooo very amazing. Shopping is great, other than the weather being uncooperative, it was a fabulous experience!!!

Siding 29 does not have a large open area with wooden beams and stone fireplace, common in mountain resort areas. What it did have was a clean spacious room and friendly service within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Banff. Best part of it was the complimentary breakfast. It included eggs, sausage, waffles, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit,... More

This hotel was a pretty good deal (for expensive Banff) and was clean. We needed a pet friendly room and it was in a great location in the hotel, on the bottom floor with a sliding door to the outside. Hot tub was nice to relax in and the included breakfast was decent.

Overall stay at Best Western was very pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The internet is high-speed. Staff are very friendly. (Only breakfast area is very small and needs to be bigger - with more tables). On the whole, it was a pleasurable stay.

Our room for a family of 4 with 2 two teenagers was excellent and in a good location for walking into town (10 minutes). There was underground garage parking, a pool and internet. The breakfast was also good. The staff were hard working and helpful. The view from the pool, if you ignore the petrol station (conveniently located) was also... More

This hotel is an average hotel it is nice . Clean and big rooms. Nice view of the mountains good breakfast that's all you need . If people are looking for fancy than there are more expensive ones out there without the free breakfast. Pool was not heated very cold. The final cost did scare me a bit. I'd stay... More

This hotel is about a 10 min. Walk down Banff Ave. to many restaurants and shopping. Parking, wifi, breakfast all included. We were given a first floor room for my elderly father and easy access to main doors and elevator. Buffet breakfast good, airport shuttle was also booked for us by friendly front desk. Rates high for accommodations, but it... More

This is a decent Best Western Hotel, but I normally pay half as much for decent Best Western Hotels. We spent 4 nights here and it cost a fortune. It was sold out every night, so I guess the price isn't deterring people. This property is dated. The air conditioner was barely able to keep up with the heat we... More
