Stayed there last week. Room was not cleaned properly. there was a layer of dirt on the Hotel information book, therefore did not want to pick up and read. The worst thing was the hotel pool. We got good service for purchasing lift tickets right at the desk. The food was great every morning. Hot food!

We loved staying here and we plan to do it again! Close to downtown Banff. Booked last minute and go the suite we wanted. Romm was very quiet, even beside the elevator. Breakfast ws hot and cooked on the premises (eggs, sausages, waffles, etc). Pool hours were longer than most hotels and hot tub was great. Great value for your money. Third time in Banff and best hotel yet. Will be back here again
