We enjoyed our visit here for two nights in the upstairs room with a balcony. We could see the mountains and enjoyed the balcony. The B&B is in a residential area and parking was easy. The owners were helpful. Our concerns about breakfast already in the room vanished - it was great to be able to have breakfast 'to go'... More

We stayed in a freestanding tiny cabin behind the house. This is more like a sublet than a traditional bed and breakfast. It's very private, full of cute bear decorations. You have your own bathroom, refrigerator, stove / oven, sink, and microwave, which might be very handy if you are planning on staying for a long time. This is not... More

We stayed in the room at the back. The room was small, so it was nice to be able to use the balcony. The entrance of the bathroom was in the hallway. DIY breakfast was presented in ziplock bags. It was a very disappointing experience. We will not recommend this B&B to anyone.

We had the Main Room in the house, this is a very large room with a high ceiling and comfy queen size bed. The large en suite bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub and good shower. The room also had it's own private balcony with mountain views. It is in a quiet residential street only two minutes walk to the town... More

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely B&B. We had the large room with a wonderful view and I will defiantly recommend paying the extra 20$ to get this room. As the view is so great we really enjoyed the sunny afternoons on the balcony. The room was very big, and for us it worked very well with the “make... More

Lois and Jim were very pleasnt and helpful people to know. Unfortunately we got the small room (at the back) without an en-suite adjoining bathroom. The room was very small, dark and rather oppressive. The bed and pillows were not the best. The do it yourself continental breakfast was only adequate and had to be prepared with difficulty on a... We stayed at Mountain Country B&B for three nights in July 2013. We were lucky enough to get the big front bedroom with full floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lovely valley of Banff. The view was most appreciated on the large balcony off the bedroom, but was even beautiful while lying in bed! Lois and Jim were very approachable... More

A friend and I stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the large, main upstairs room, which is exactly how it looks online: spacious, well-decorated, with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a great deck with a wonderful view of the mountains. The daily breakfast (bread, muffins, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, OJ, and milk) was more... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this bed and breakfast for 3 nights last July 2011. We stayed in the upper bedroom, which had a very nice sliding door to your own private deck. The room was spacious, with a nice large bed. It had a fridge and toaster, with a small table for two. The bathroom had a nice... More

If you want to stay in Banff, this place is in a perfect location to go to the shops, hot springs and use as a base to head out to Jasper for the day. Our hosts were very friendly and also helped suggest various hiking trails that we might be interested in taking. We would definitely stay again if we... More
