Fascinating building and a beautiful valley to look at. Excellent food, too sweet breakfast though. The building is itself something extraordinary, built close to the cliffs. The chapel gorgeous. Very friendly staff.

We stayed at Agriturismo Masseria La Chiusa for 8 days. The place used to be a winery. The people were very friendly and helpful. Although it is only half an hour drive from Palermo, it was initially very difficult to find. The place is well situated for making day trips to Palermo, Mont Reale, Agrigento etc. We stayed in an...

we went to sicilly in early october. We found la masseria lachiusa via tripadvisor. This is a real authentic italian spot. The family who is running this place is enourmosly friendly. The staff gives a great service. You spent your hoilday surounded by a fabulous scenery. It´s quiet and peaceful and a perfect spot to relax.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a marvellous time. The setting for masseria is superb; stunning views over the valleys, shepherds wandering through the nearbu hillside, beautiful and simply adorned buildings.
We were housed in the nearby "pink cottage" which gave excellent accommodation. Our room was large, with the bed on a raised platform and handy cooking facilities.

Emmanuelle and his family were very helpful in accomodating our needs as a family with small children. We arrived late and they made us a hot dinner. The crib was in the room when we arrived. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that had a kitchen and family room. The accomodations were great. The kitchen was a little illequipped with lack...

We stayed at Masseria La Chiusa for one night in early September. This was by far the highlight of our trip and the most authentic experience we had while traveling in Sicily. The estate has been renovated and restored to provide a peaceful and welcoming experience to guests - our room was large, clean and comfy, the grounds were beautiful...
