We left it too late for booking, and ended up here by default. That said the website made it sound appealing. The reality is somewhat different. Signage is poor to even find the place. The one staff member only works limited hours, so you have to arrive at specific times. Service is practically non existent. In short this is someone's... More

I stayed here for two nights in September 2014 and do not believe the B&B is value for money. A few things to note: The B&B is not clearly signposted on the road. I ended up phoning to request a description of the gate It is also not managed by the owners therefore you need to be clear on time... More

very difficult to find as there is no proper sign on the gate I'm just glad it was light and we could just about read the fading paint. the garden looked like a playground and no obvious sign to where we had to go. Alison who was there to greet us was very informative about the towers and that was... More

Looked very nice from the outside, room was clean and tidy but way too hot for middle of summer due to being unable to turn off the towel rail heater which made the room baking. Bed wasn't all that comfy either.Pre ordered full English breakfast which when it came was not a FULL English no beans no hash browns, toast... More

I'm glad I had googled the address and found it on a map or I wouldn't have found it, the name on the gate was painted on and faded & when I pulled in, I wasn't even sure I was in the right place. Had no idea where I needed to go to check in and the only person I... More

Lovely location with the added attraction of Peregrine Falcons and their chicks nesting in the tower. Nice big room and fancy bathroom, Alison is a great host and made us a tasty breakfast, we will definitely return next time we come to the New Forest.

We had an enjoyable stay, beautiful location. The rooms were very large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Alison asked us what we'd like for breakfast and what time we would like to eat.

Lovely big room and bathroom, very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again. I would say that for the money there was a lack of toiletries. I would be wary of coming during hot weather as the conservatory did get very warm and bright at breakfast, perhaps a solid roof instead of glass?

We are so glad we chose to stay at Tower Hall. We rang to see if we could do an early check in and that was happily granted as the room was available. It was easy to find and Alison was there to meet us upon arrival and show us around. We were asked what we'd like for breakfast and... More

This interesting old building has been stylishly done up. The bedrooms are furnished with deep carpets and antique furniture; the bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed with excellent baths/showers. This makes for a very comfortable stay. Breakfasts offered a magnificent choice, and we were gratified that a request for something not on the menu the first day was provided for... More
