A very enjoyable 3 nights stay. Rosemary Cottage sits next to the Red Squirrel biking trail which is very handy if you like biking. The owners are friendly and helpful and made useful recommendations where to eat etc.Breakfasts were quite a feast and plenty of choice. The rooms were en suite with large beds, flat screen TV's and coffee/tea making... More

Cycling round the island, and Rosemary Cottage is on a former railway cycle path, so easy access. Excellent very clear room, and very comfortable guest lounge. Pub at the top of the hill - 10 minutes walk - very good food. Need to book though. Cafe in the garden a real bonus.

A group of six of us were cycling around the island and booked some B & B's. This was our last stop and the best of the lot. Great welcome. Bedrooms and guest lounge excellent. Right by the side of a cycle path. Excellent breakfast this morning before we got on the bikes again. Would recommend.

A really warm welcome and never made to feel I couldn't just sit around and relax. The Pedallers Cafe at the end of the garden made a nice place for coffee and lunch. The best place for an evening meal is The Pointer Inn just a short walk up the hill, but booking there is necessary. Have had a really... More

We stayed at Rosemary Cottage last weekend for one night whilst cycling around the Isle of Wight. David was extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation is excellent and the garden with superb cafe terrace at the bottom especially for cyclists was brilliant. The room was really lovely and the breakfast was definitely one of the best... More

My husband and I were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from Rosemary Cottage! We came to IOW for a walking holiday to explore Reverend Legh Richmond's church and also to explore locations he writes about in his book:s "The Dairyman's Daughter" and "The Young Cottager". The location of Rosemary Cottage was perfect for all of our outdoor... More

We only stayed here for one night whilst visiting the Isle of Wight last weekend but wished we could have stayed longer. The room we had was beautiful. Large comfy bed. Lots of space. Then there was the lounge/dining room which wash huge but really warm and inviting. And breakfast was really good. The gardens were beautifully kept. There is... More
