We stayed here over the long weekend with our two kids and two dogs and like some of the reviews warned had to pay extra for everything. I was shocked at the size of the sites. They were just big enough for our trailer. With the awning out there was about ten feet to the neighbour. Sitting around the fire... More

This place has great potential but until they make some changes, we definitely will not be back. Yes, it's a good place for kids with lots to do (train, merry go round, pedal carts, mini golf, arcade, movies most nights, petting zoo, etc...). The staff all seemed nice. The beach is awesome. Large, sandy, warm shallow water. They also have... More

It has been about 5 years since we were last at Old MacDonald Farm. I quickly check trip advisor before the trip and was shocked by the reviews. As a result I did not check out the showers but they do look run down although my brother in law went and said they were OK. We met with other family... More

Medieval playground equipment with insufficient ground cover to prevent fall injuries are just the beginning. If you value your kids health go somewhere else. In addition, they nickel and dime you here for everything. Bring a dog, bring more dough. Reserve ahead of time, pay a fee. Want to feed the animals, buy some food. Everything is setup to see... I have stayed here for the last couple years because it's a fairly close drive from home. But after our LAST trip out there will never go back. Even after the first time of complaining about how discusting the washrooms and showers and the staff just laughing at me about it. Do not plan on being clean for your stay,... More

We go here every year as the kids love all the things to do here. We were in spot 298 nice big spot on the outer edge of the campground. Played mini golf and the kids went to the arcade lots. The fire pit was tiny. And hard to light a fire as the wood can't lay down. This place... More

We don't often stay in private resorts but this one is beyond filthy. We didn't see a single cleaning person the entire 3 day stay. I was afraid to set foot in the slimy shower stall. The sites were small and dirty and the overall campground was not kept up at all. The 11 p.m. curfew was enforced which was... More

Lots of great things for kids to do, but in dire need of upkeep. bathrooms and showers disgusting. For the price, theses should be spotless. Beach beautiful, well kept. If cleaned up I would recommend it for others with families! COULD be excellent.

We have been to this campground for 5 years in a row now. We like the arcade, mini golf, and other activities. Unfortunately, the disgusting bathrooms, and showers are a deal breaker. Same bandaid on the floor, Qtip in the shower, bugs and garbage on the window sills all week. Running a dirty, stinky mop around the floor is not... More

Not being regular campers - we stayed in the Family Suite and found it to have everything we needed for our stay. Our TV was not working and someone came to fix it 5 minutes after we called. We found the amenities to be enjoyable the children had lots to do and were entertained. ( 6, 5 and 3 years... More
