Lots of great things for kids to do, but in dire need of upkeep. bathrooms and showers disgusting. For the price, theses should be spotless. Beach beautiful, well kept. If cleaned up I would recommend it for others with families! COULD be excellent.

We have been to this campground for 5 years in a row now. We like the arcade, mini golf, and other activities. Unfortunately, the disgusting bathrooms, and showers are a deal breaker. Same bandaid on the floor, Qtip in the shower, bugs and garbage on the window sills all week. Running a dirty, stinky mop around the floor is not... More

Not being regular campers - we stayed in the Family Suite and found it to have everything we needed for our stay. Our TV was not working and someone came to fix it 5 minutes after we called. We found the amenities to be enjoyable the children had lots to do and were entertained. ( 6, 5 and 3 years... More

The campground is fairly nice but the activities and amenities are poorly maintained and getting quite run down and dirty. Not a bad spot and the kids will have fun but they definitely need to take better care if it. The beach is not bad but again it wasn't very clean.

Our family stayed there for 10 days. We arrived on the Friday of a long weekend and what was evident was that the whole place needed to be cleaned. Our campground had bits of garbage on the ground and it looked like the fire pit had been moved so there were charcoal ashes for the kids to immediately play in.... More

we have never seen bathrooms that were so dirty. felt disgusted even to use their sinks. nobody clean the bathrooms regularly. every time we walked through the cabin area -it smelled like sewage. it is a huge campground so there is lots of traffic. lots of nice treed sites as well as packed together spots (people feel like in a... If you are looking for a quiet, restful, camping trip with little noise, this is probably not for you. However, if you are like us, and have two small children and want a camping trip with a bunch of friends with small children, this place is perfect. There are a lot of more open sites with little privacy at the... More

We read good and bad reviews and had our first family camping experience at a regular campground before deciding to try Ol MacD's while our kids are still young enough to enjoy it. I didn't appreciate that you have to book by phone as we couldn't see where other (more preferable sites) may have been available. We got a good... More

Just got back from the camp ground, was there 4yrs ago, I was very dissapointed, with the amount of money that is made on your site, after nickle dimeing every one, you should definatley up grade the washrooms, I could not understand why the cleaning lady would not clean in the late evening when there is less traffic and not... The only thing i can say that is positive is there is lots for the kids to do and the beach is nice. We paid more then we have any where for a fully serviced site to be packed in like sardines. No Joke the fire pit was 3 ft from our trailer door (no way around it since you... More
