We stayed for a week in The Shippen, this was our first holiday with our 6 month old puppy! The standard of the facilities in the cottage was extremely good, we loved the high quality furnishings, the lovely area of grass in the grounds was just right for our four legged family member. We felt 'at home' very quickly and... More

We stayed at the Shippen which is a wonderful property all on one level. It was clean, spacious and well equipped and perfect for a quiet, comfortable and relaxing break. The owner, Karen, is so friendly & helpful and we enjoyed walking around the beautiful extensive grounds. We had our small dog with us and he loved the walks. An ideal... More

We stayed with my wife's parents for a week in the Shippen apartment. The whole site is of beautiful grounds and so very peaceful. Each apartment has its own sitting area outside and we were blessed with wonderful weather to make the most of that. Karen, our host, could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was easy to... As a solo traveller, I stayed in The Stables. The accommodation was bright, light and airy and very clean. The double bed was extremely comfy with wonderfully soft pillows and bedding. Parking was very close by (although down some stone steps) and I had my own little terrace area for the tea-time sun+ drink + book. Just the other side... More

We stayed in The Stables which is in the grounds of Norburton Hall. It's in a stunning location on the outskirts of Burton Bradstock, the grounds of which were very beautifl, private and peaceful. The accommodation was spacious with all mod cons. Very relaxing and slept like a log in the comfy king sized bed. It's convenient for sight seeing... More

We stayed in the old dairy cottage for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. No noise or light pollution in this fantastic location. Norburton Hall has lovely gardens full of trees, beautiful flowers and birds chatting the whole time. The cottage is for three, it is very comfortable - sofas, bed and chairs all look new and make it a... More

We recently stayed at Norburton Hall with several members of our family, in the Shippen, Hayloft and Stables. It was perfect! Karen made us very welcome and was always there if we needed advice. The cottages are beautifully appointed and comfortable, each with its own patio area. The grounds are extensive and full of mature trees and shrubs. It's only... More

Me and my family had a lovely time staying at the Stables at Norburton Hall. We have two young boys and even though this accommodation is only one bedroom, there was plenty of room for a cot and a childrens airbed + there is a sofa bed if you have older children. The living/kitchen space is also a decent size... More
