When we arrived at the Villa del Palmar Flamingo Beach, our reserved ocean view room turned into a partial view room. Once we saw the room itself we were more than satisfied. The view was beautiful, the two bedroom suite had a large master bedroom with jacuzzi, second bed had two queens and partial kitchen , living area with full... more

We along with family and friends own at the Flamingo. We bought in 2006, there was alcohol involved. This was our second trip to the Flamingo. We did purchase so that we could always vacation here, but gave up on trying to use Interval International to switch to somewhere or something else. We did use a week in Cabo and... more

We are owners in this resort, so after reading all the reviews I was very nervous about our stay. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were treated very well. The bell man, Luis was THE MAN! He steered us in the right direction all the time. We were with our 4 yo daughter for... more

Just returned from Nuevo Vallarta and the VDPF. This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. Enjoyed every minute of our trip. Due to the H1N1 (Swine) flu the resort was not full. We arrived very early in the morning and they gave us a choice of rooms. The staff at the desk was always willing to go the extra... more

The resort had gorgeous views, and great rooms. We tried the all inclusive, which in the long run wasn't worth it since we wanted to go off of the resort and eat elsewhere. We sort of felt stuck there to pay for it, $75 a day per person. They told us we could only pay for 3 days if we... more

Great room - spacious, with character - clean - great bathrooms - lovely decks with ocean view. We took our son & 2 granddaughters aged 3 & 5 1/2. The pool area is fabulous. Everything is very accessible - without hassle. Staff everywhere - from front desk, bellmen, pool waiters - were cordial & efficient. They were also noticeably well... more

This hotel was gorgeous. Aside from the initial attempt by some time share people to sign us up for a 90 minute breakfast where they would try to sell us a time share, the whole time we were there we were treated so well. We noticed most people went ahead regardless of their desire to purchase time shares just so... more

Just got back yesterday and is a great place to stay. Have been to PV and NV 5 times. Great resort. Far from Downtown but I would be happy just staying here. Just remember.... When you charge anything to your room the gratuity will be added on to your final bill. So don't tip. The staff does not inform you... more

This place is in the middle of no where completely surrounded on 3 sides by desert and dried out land. The third side is the sea. If you book this place make it a destination....that means you will probably never leave it once you arrive until the day you depart for the airport. AVOID THE TIMESHARES sales presentation. They give... more

Just got back from VDP Flamingos yesterday after a great 7 day Spring Break. Very family-oriented with activities daily for the kids, and the beach and pools for leisure and fun in the sun. The staff were VERY attentive to your wishes and were continuously cleaning the resort. We had a 2 br lockout, which is a 1 br with... more
