We booked this hotel through a travel agent at a bus station in Apizaco, Tlaxcala(bad decision on our part). Major problem: lighting in the hallways did not work. THIS created unsafe conditions because you could get raped,mugged and even murdered there. You couldn't even see the keycard entry device on your hotel door. When we got to this hotel we were given a room with no air conditioning, then we were given another room and this room had no electricity. We stayed here during the hotel's off season. This basically meant we almost had the pool and the beach to ourselves.
