From the moment we arrived to Casa Regia, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. This is a lovely unpretentious hotel, the rooms are well appointed and clean. Casa Regia location was central and within walking distance of everything. We will certainly return to this charming property.

Very cozy and nice colonial style. My room was nice and clean.The staff were very helpful, friendly and happy. The location is unbeatable. In the city center of Xalapa, but away from noise. Would definetly stay again if I go back to Xalapa.

The place is so cozy, you feel at home. It is at the heart of the downtown near everything worth visiting so you can easily walk to virtually every site. There are plenty of restaurants near this hotel and the price is unbelievable. Look no more because the staff is so nice you won't need any other help. Thankyouu guys!

My experience in this hotel was absolutely a nightmare. I travel constantly and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is the absolute worst! Do not stay here. The management overcharged us.
