stayed there for the CentralAmerican Games as it was an official hotel for the Games. Noisy in the hallways and also on the poolside due to parties in the pool area. Room was large with a balcony and had wooden floors but the furniture was outdated, beds uncomfortable and sheets OK. They have not discovered duvets with white covers. Still... More

First off: The recently renovated room I stayed in was clean, with wooden floor, good pillows, ok mattress, great water pressure, and satisfactory internet that came and went a little. Bellman was very nice. I did not try the restaurant (at the recommendation of others who did). The reason I would probably stay elsewhere next time is that, to make... More

I stayed here for just under a week and was anxious about what I could expect after reading the reviews here. The main complaints seem to be noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor service. I didn't experience any of these things. The main noise is the dawn chorus (which is neither very loud nor very early). I think when people... More

This is my fourth visit to this hotel; it has a good meeting area, and because of this reason I have been previously. Rooms and food are average; the better thing is the service, and the proximity of Tecajetes park, a beautiful area for a sightseeing

From the outside, the hotel appears to meet western standards for a basic hotel. It costs about $85 a night so you think, "ok, thats what I would pay for a Best Western or a Holiday Inn but we´re in Mexico so for $80 it´s probably a pretty nice hotel." at least I did; I was wrong. Location: Unless you... More

The location it's ok, the furniture is very old, rooms are spacious and comfortable but I would say they need new carpet, new toilets new showers new beds and new bed sheets... Overall i would say its average, the staff is very friendly and effective. :)

I will list some points to explain why this hotel is so terrible: - The restaurant served us rotten fish (food was bad in general). - It was very noisy. One night, for example, there was a loud private party in the lobby and the reception people said that they couldn't do anything about that. We had just moved room... More

There are no words to describe how awful this hotel is. Not only are the rooms dirty , beds uncomfortable, and furniture falling apart but people were running up and down the halls all night screaming and laughing so we got no sleep.

Well, to put it shortly. This is not a hotel you might want to stay at. There are several points to make that case. In no particular order: - The place is pretty run down, haven't seen a good renovation in probably 20 years. Which means that there are things not working and signs of wear and tear everywhere. -... I stay at this hotel for its good location, but of the three nights we stayed here two nights there were events with music until two o'clock, which was heard in the room perfectly. The bathroom had a bad odor permanently. The room is big like the bathroom and comfortable, but rest at night was not so pleasant.
