Booked & paid thru the internet. Went very smoothly upon check-in. Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Mision also had an exercise room. Some equipment needed maintenance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Good quality for the price.

This property is desperately in need of updating and maintenance (and perhaps new management). We did not book the reservation in advance because we did not know exactly which days we would actually be in Colima. When we arrived, we found a beautiful facility but surprisingly indifferent or insensitive service. The facility was vitually empty of guests.
