I stayed at Vina Del Mar over the weekend, it was an interesting experience. I had a beautiful view of the ocean, and staff was super friendly. It also was very secure they gave wrist band to people staying there and only people with it could be in the hotel. It is also the only hotel I believe that is... More

This is my first choice for lodging in Puerto Penasco. I like the old town area and proximity to the ocean. Rooms are basic, clean and many have amazing ocean views. Prices are reasonable, the staff is super and entry/exit is through a guarded gate. Good food is available at several restaurants within walking distance, my favorite being Crazy Ed's... More

This place was pretty clean but not kept up. The beds were hard and the ac takes a long while to cool the room off. The bathroom toilet was broken and the door didn't shut all the way. Good thing about the hotel, it's within walking distance of stores, restaurants and bars.

Dont get me wrong the Hotel is in a good Location right off the Beach, nice pool area and had good security services but the Hotel rooms where very disappointing. The beds where small and not to mention rock hard. Literally all it is, is a Rock base with a hard top bed cushion on top of the rock base.... More

We stayed on a Buffalo Bus Tour on January 26, 2014 for two nights. Initially, the pool area looked great so we got into our suits and went down to get some sun and relax. Great idea, but no lounge chairs! There were only cement benches around round cement tables. The pool was ice cold and so was the jaccuzzi!... More

We stayed at this hotel on a Buffalo Bus Tour. The hotel is old, but clean. Connecting to WiFi was unsuccessful. TV stations seem to be only in Spanish. Coffee pot was provided, but no coffee. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Office staff even arranged for a technician to come to hotel for pedicure services when inquired... More

I stayed there with a friend on my first trip ever to Puerto Penasco. We arrived without reservations or even a clue as to where to stay in a dark city that is oddly laid out. We literally drove into this hotel at the end of the Malecon area and I was happy we did. I heard some strange things... More

If you want to experience the town as it should be, stay here. It's centrally located for the whole beach scene. Rooms are clean and the staff bends over backwards to make your stay a great one. Will definitely stay here again.

Went to Rocky Point to shop and stay one night. Vina Del Mar is the oldest hotel in RP and it shows!! On the positive side: the security and location to shops/fish market is excellent! Room air conditioner is very cold! Ladies at check in very nice and spoke English! On the negative side: rusty water comes out of shower,... More
