We have been traveling to the PV area for 12 years and always stayed in San Carlos or Obregon on our way home. This year we pushed on to Hermosillo and stayed at the San Sebastion. What a pleasant suprise! The reservation was right on, fees and all. Our room in the back of the court was quiet, spacious, extremely... More

I love the good cooking and flavor. I found this because my cousin recommended… when I arrive and see all the variety of food I surprise. But the excellent surprise is the flavor is really authentic Sonora style. I loved the menudo, the omelets and the variety of fresh fruit. All the rest of my cousin loved too.

Reception was excellent, with extremely nice employees answering questions with grace and professionalism. Our was very chic, quiet, clean and confortable. The breakfast room was spacious with a buffet for an additional $6 only per person. We picked that hotel after an all-day drive and we had an excellent night sleep. That hotel is so chic, it looks like each... More

I will start by saying I was skeptical but I left with a good impression. Here's what I didn't like about it. The mattresses are supposed to be posturepedic, but they are a bit hard for my taste and there is no optional mattress rooms. I suggested they could have some 5 rooms with softer mattresses. The bedding, it makes... More

We stayed in this hotel the night before flying out from Hermosillo airport. Very clean, nice staff (who spoke very adequate English contrary to earlier postings), refrigerator in room, wifi. Best of all, they let us leave our car in their guarded lot for a week while we were gone for no charge. They have shuttle service to and from... More

My husband and I recently travelled to Hermosillo for a wedding. SInce the reception was held at Hotel San Sebastian we, and many other guests including the bride and groom, stayed here. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Our room, a Jr. Suite, was clean, comfortable and met our needs. Hotel staff often did have limited English, despite claims... More

First off, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever unless you know spanish! Angel at the front desk was the only one that was very helpful during my stay. I know I am in Mexico so I should know the language and I did try, at least meet me half way people. You knew English when you wanted to argue with... More

We have stayed at his hotel at least 4 times coming in and out of Mexico. We chose it because of the security, the internet and the price...and because it feels clean.

It was a cold night in late December, 2007. The heater wasn't functioning so I went to the office for a room change. They claimed that there were no remaining rooms available and sent someone to the room with a space heater. Later I found out from other guests that they had no heat either, I've since lkearned that many... More

This is a nice hotel at the southern end of town. It is convenient if you a heading north, and need a place to spend the night. The hotel is clean, nice, and safe, with gated parking. There is a resturant with a buffet, or you can order off the menu. I found the service to be excellent, but the... More
