The hotel is very nice even for Canadian or American standards. The rooms are clean and staff are excellent. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are quite adequate. The restaurant has great food and a wonderful breakfast. Our van driver was the highlight of our stay. He was friendly, knows the area well, and always had a good joke... More

The hotel staff are probably the most friendly hotel staff crew I have ever had. They treat you like family here. The pool is mostly cool not the best for swimming. The gym is a bit small but it does what you need it to. The rooms are comfortable. But the wifi sucks. Altogether very happy with the experience.

I just stayed there for 2 days for business. This hotel is very equivalent to a 3 star hotel in the states. Fairly basic hotel with a modest gym, good restaurant and a decent room. The room was clean including the sheets and bathroom. The shampoo and lotion were good, not very watery. The location was very convenient for me,... More

Very pleasant hotel, great location! Rooms are very nice, great bathrooms also. Staff is very friendly and professional. Located next to a shopping center, many food choices. Hotel restaurant has late hours and very good food at reasonable prices. Nice pool area. Very easy into San Marcos or other areas by taxi. Only issue at this hotel was computer knowledge... More

I stay here for work about three times a month, for one night at a time. The staff is great, the rooms are fine. Everyone on the staff is pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/ bar stays open late for late arriving guests. There is a wonderful park across the street with a zoo, aviary, trolley, bicycle rentals, paddle-boat rentals. The... More

Usually Fiesta Inn hotels are renovated, comfy and at a good price, but this was not the case. The rooms are outdated, the pool was cold, check in was quite slow and the location is not the best either, and it has no elevator, it is only a 4 story building, but it isn't nice to carry your stuff through... Last April my friends surprised me with tickets to the Palenque in Aguascalientes. We needed a hotel last minute. We paid an exuberant amount for a hotel last minute, yet we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is on the road entering Aguascalientes from Guadalajara. The hotel is a more than a 2 star hotel. Its more like a Hampton Inn... More
