The location is good across from a nice mall. The overall presentation of the hotel was that of a holiday inn, though the service was below par. I stayed for two nights, the first night being okay. The second night I changed rooms from a double to a king (which i had requested for my first night, I checked in... More

When I travel, I try to immerse myself in the culture of the area that I am visiting if possible. Las Trojes is a good hotel with a strong Mexican feel. The rooms have been all redone in the last couple of years and are quite satisfactory. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool that is impeccably maintained. The breakfast... More

My sister and me decided to hold our kids's Baptism reception at one of Las Trojes"s halls, since her in-laws had stay at the hotel and gave nice reviews from it. We did all the reservations over-the-phone, and one day before our event met with several of the staff members to ultimate details: decoration, selection of tablecloth and chair's covers... More

Hi, first I give all of you an apologize for my no perfect English. But is more useful. I went the past weekend to Aguascalientes and we lodged in Las Trojes hotel. All was very nice, the room was so clean, the rest room had bathtub and all perfect. The service was cordial and all their facilities were available. I... More

None of the trouble other contributors experienced, but not as smart as the Marriott over the road, literally. Nicer garden - you can enjoy it. Stayed nearly 2 weeks with 1st floor room. Balcony door security is weak, but no intruders. Clean, tidy, nice room, good wifi. All a little 2nd class compared to the Marriott - it's hard not... More

This hotel has great potential but it is poorly managed in our opinion. We asked and paid for the best suite in the house complete with hot tub and a scenic view of the kitchen back door. When we settled in we soon realized the air conditioning didn't work and we reported it immediately. They told us a special part... More

This is the first time we stay in Aguascalientes and several people recommended us this hotel. The place is actually really nice. Nice lawns and a really nice swimming pool. The hotel is located conveniently close to a mall. A lot of nearby restaurants in case you don't feel like using the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay there.

I had really hoped that I could have written a good review about Las Trojes. My family has been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and we have always loved the hotel, the ground and the restaurant, especially the breakfast. Unfortunately the owners are no longer managing the hotel and the security staff is now using this hotel... More

Stayed for a week while my wife worked at the univeristy. Nice rooms, clean, well-furnished. Opens on to the grounds where the heated (yes!) swimming pool is loacated. The breakfast buffet is not free but affordable and is GREAT. (I'm a breakfast person.) We ate there in the evening, too and it was very nice. Have an ATM in the... More

I really liked this city. I stayed at this hotel in a business trip in Mexico and only stayed one night. However, the hotel service was excellent. I came late at night and had to order room service since the restaurant was closed and that was no problem for the food to be excellent. Hotel is in a very convenient... More
