Just returned from almost a week's stay at Clementine's aka Cliff's Place. Cliff went to great lengths to make sure I had a detailed map of the local maze of streets before we arrived and that proved very useful. Host Suzy jumped right on my immediate requests for fishing and pictograph guides and set us up with two great ones.... More

When I got off the bus at Mulege, a taxi driver that was waiting knew exactly where "Cliff's Place" was. When I got there Suzy greeted me and showed me to my room. It was awesome, with a huge courtyard shaped opening that my room and 3 others shared. At one end of the opening was an outdoor kitchen and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way down Baja. As noted in other reviews this is a great place to stay that is reasonably priced, with a full kitchen with pots and pans and dishware. The rooms are tastefully appointed, and the owners Cliff and wife Suzy were very welcoming! wi-fi was fantastic here and we were able... More

We are here as I write. What a wonderful place. Cliff is very friendly and the room is spotless, tastefully adorned, and has a fantastic private bath with a huge shower. No need to look further, when in Mulege you can't find better! A++++!!! Very romantic!

In addition to previous stays in Casa Rio and Casa Chuparosas, we were delighted to stay in the newest addition to Clementine's Oasis, Casa Buena Vista. This is the only two-story place on the property, so the name "buena vista" says it all: good views of the mountains, river and sky. If there weren't so many tropical date palms, the... More

For 3 nights, my fiance and I stayed in La Casita, one of Cliff's air conditioned, little houses with its own kitchen and bathroom. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent- right on the Mulege River. We stayed in 5 different hotels while in Baja and this was by far the best of... More

On our recent, and first, visit to Mulege, we had the pleasure of staying at Clementine's Oasis for several days. In a word, it was wonderful! It is just across the road from the river, is squeaky-clean, has what may be the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, has an excellent kitchen outdoors for guest use, and has a... More

My spouse has traveled to Mulege for many years, but for the last 4 years she and I have stayed at Cliff Taylors' Clemtines Bed and Breakfast. Cliff and his staff are the most gracious hosts, providing guidance and information to sights, food and things to do. Absolutely the best in B.C.S. As far as accomodations, the cleanest, best decorated and... More

I have stayed at Clementines for the past two years with groups of friends. We have had a wonderful time there. The hosts are very accommodating. The rooms are spotlessly clean and we love the kitchen facilities. Better sheets than in any hotel. There is a great place for breakfast just 3 doors toward the ocean. Kayaks are available to... We were planning to stay at Clementines Mulegé for two days but we could barely resist one night. Our suite was full of disgusting insects called cockroaches. Although they are not the dirty type, as they come from the nearby river, it is terrible to find at least eight during a single night! Beware! However, the charm of Mulegé is... More
