We booked to stay here for a family wedding in the local area on the last weekend of march. We live in england and reserved our room afew months earlier through emails with josie who takes the bookings. On arrival to dublin we rang the b&b to let them know that we were on our way only to be told... More

Myself & my partner were attending a wedding nearby in the Middleton park house, Josie showed us to our room and offered us a lift to the hotel. There were shuttle buses organised to drop people back to the local B&B's but we were enjoying ourselves too much, that we missed the last one. I rang Josie at 10am the next... More

Josie provided a welcoming snack and a fabulous breakfast and all the help and hospitality we could ask for in beautiful surroundings with easy access to the Middleton Park House. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Stayed here, as a group of couples, attending a wedding nearby. Each of the rooms was very nice and comfortable. We were welcomed on arrival, and offered tea and cake. Breakfast was very good too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed for a wedding down the road. We were offered a lift down to the hotel by our hosts. Lovely welcoming people. Rooms were fine and spotless. Breakfast was good especially the free range eggs from the hosts sister in laws farm.

Arrived early to attend local wedding and would not get to eat for several hours, we were delighted to be presented with lovely plate of fresh sandwiches and homemade cakes and big pot of tea. Lovely big bright bedroom with ensuite facilities and full Irish breakfast.

We originally knocked, looking for some info about a near by heritage site, they brought us in and told us everything we wanted to know and insisted on us having a cup of tea and a bite to eat (food was amazing), unfortunately that evening we had our accommodation booked, but if I had been able to cancel my original... This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The proprietors were very friendly and we received a warm welcome with a cup of tea and some cake. We would definitely stay there again in the future and we would highly recommend it. Our visit was for a wedding and it was an ideal location for a nearby venue. It is also... More

I was walking across Ireland so I only found Greenhills by chance, quite late in the evening. But what a lucky find. A big welcoming smile from Josephine, a slice of cake and tea in the guests' living room, while the bedroom itself had an enormous double bed and an ensuite with a very powerful shower. Breakfast was great; a... More

We came here as it is just outside of Castletown Geoghegan and ideally placed for weddings at the venues nearby, like Middleton Park House. It is a bit old-fashioned, but what it might not have in modern fittings it more than makes up for with the relaxed atmosphere. Josie is easy going and quite happy with guests being there all...
